The homeless meal went well today, with perfect weather!

We fed about 60 homeless people today, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. We are beginning to build back up, after being forced to move by the mayor, twice. But we have a safe place now, and they are well!

Here we are setting up:

We had to use the generators today, because they were late opening the buildings, but the food was hot and fresh.

Got the drinks ready for the feeding:

There is a lot of setup to feed this many people.

Final instructions to the volunteers:

This is a good line of seasoned volunteers, and I am more than a little proud of them all!

Here the clothing volunteers are setting up:

It is strange, but if they set up on tables, the homeless won't come and get any clothes. The Lady in charge thinks that the homeless believe it is for sale if it's on a table; but on the ground on a tarp, they know it's free.

They gave away half a dozen blankets today too. Next month will be heavy on blankets, but we got hundreds of them in when the cancer treatment center closed.

We like to pass out fruit, because they can put it in a pocket; and eat it later:

About half of these oranges were passed out.

Totalling it all up, this was a very successful day, and it went very smoothly!

💗🙏💙

It ran smoothly. They were served all they could eat, of home cooked hot food.

We had one person I had to watch, that was yelling etc. But he moved off across the street, and didn't bother anyone; so I let him yell. We do get some broken ones....

But everyone else had a good day, and left full. We even managed a orderly breakdown and storage of all the equipment. Overall good day....

Respect for that. And also thank you. I was homeless multiple times in my life (this also includes being in a row for warm food), so I know what that is from personal experience.

I live with multiple disabilities under the minimum wage in Hungary.

Have a nice day. All the best.
Greetings from Hungary.

I'm glad there was someone there when you needed it!

I'm working with a disabled a
Man right to now with herbals. He is doing much better now, look up a local herbalist; might help....

My brother and my wife are both 100% disabled, so I understand the challenges.

I've always liked Hungary, she's had some hard times; but has come through well!

These are good people, in a hard place; but none of them were hungry, when we finished!

Stay safe, and be blessed!

🤠🤕💗

Thanks, we've been doing this feed for ten years now; so my volunteers are getting pretty good at it! They help every month, rain or shine, hot or cold....

This month, it will be turkey and dressing; which is the most work of the year.

Thanks for coming by!

💗🤠💙
