He was a mime (not a meme) at heart, and has done some impressive work without saying a single word!
I remember watching him when I was a kid doing a Christmas video, with his hobo character. I remember laughing, after crying; while he said Nothing! He was an impressive talent, with a kind heart. We have no one to compare to him today.
I would recommend watching any video you can find with Red Skelton in it!

The world lost something when john wayne died, imo.
It has, like all other programs, become increasingly political. I quit watching the networks decades ago...for my blood pressure. It worked well!
