For you garden planners, zoning information.
I found a very usable zoning chart from the USDA on a website www.ecolawnandgarden.com
Lots of good reading there. Here's the map:
This is much better than a spreadsheet, and it resolved my questions at a glance. It also allowed me to look how close I am to another zone. This allows me to look at both zones for growing information on how to plant, and what to grow; in my specific location!
This has already changed my seed orders somewhat, so I thought it might help others right now.
I am disappointed that I can't grow snow peas, but knowing means I didn't have to waste time and money, on a crop that needs cooler temperatures!
Enjoy

I'm lucky I live in Florida. Great weather to grow all sorts of crops and the heat isn't too bad for them too.
Every zone has an advantage, I'm in zone 7 and I'm almost too far south to grow snow peas.
