Does anyone know of a hive administrator that can help with signing issues?

I have a good friend with a reputation number in the (75) range, who is having trouble reaching his account here!

It tells him his account does not exist, even though I can go there directly. Recovery doesn't work, because his account "doesn't exist"! That also means that hivesign doesn't work either....

Is there someone who can help him get back into hive? He's been reduced to the desert on steemit, but we need him here!

I had trouble myself recently, because the posting password they provide, is wrong. I had to type my password in n from hardcopy, to get back in; but it never told me my account was gone!
