Sobre la educación básica actual [Es - En]
No es un secreto que hoy en día los padres que hemos tenido que estar al lado de nuestros hijos realizando las tareas escolares, más que antes, algunas veces nos parece hasta exagerado, todo esto por qué en la actualidad tras la crisis pandémica se implementó la modalidad virtual, pero Venezuela sufre un retraso tecnológico y educativo impensable, así que los logros son mínimos en el área.
El retraso es tal que o falla la posibilidad tecnológica de algunas personas por los recursos a su alcance, o simplemente algunos profesores y educadores no están a la par de los cambios qué se suscitan en el mundo, manejan modalidades con estrategias obsoletas, algunos sorprendentemente aún en esta época ni siquiera han actualizado sus recursos, carecen de correo electrónico, no saben manejar un grupo en línea, mucho menos una plataforma de educación a distancia, y aunque parezca irrisorio a veces ni siquiera poseen un teléfono Inteligente.
Por otra parte, también los institutos educativos se apegan a lo que ordena el gobierno nacional, intentan cumplir los parámetros para subsistir pero no se preocupan de la calidad educativa que le prestan a los educandos, entonces premia eso de sobrevivir o existir, dejando muy en mal la experiencia educativa hasta en los mejores colegios que anteriormente tuvieron buenas referencias. Y aunque se retorna al sistema presencial bajo condiciones “reguladas”, los resultados cada vez son poco confiables, lo expreso por lo que se evidencia en el desarrollo del conjunto de niños y jóvenes, e igual en la experiencia de trabajo en mi contexto.

The delay is such that either the technological possibility of some people fails due to the resources available to them, or simply some teachers and educators are not up to date with the changes that are taking place in the world, they use obsolete strategies, some surprisingly still in this era have not even updated their resources, lack e-mail, do not know how to manage an online group, much less a distance learning platform, and although it seems laughable sometimes do not even have a smartphone.
On the other hand, also the educational institutes are attached to what the national government orders, they try to fulfill the parameters to subsist but they do not care about the educational quality that they provide to the students, then they reward that of surviving or existing, leaving very bad the educational experience even in the best schools that previously had good references. And although we return to the on-site system under "regulated" conditions, the results are increasingly unreliable, I say this because of what is evident in the development of all children and young people, and the same in the work experience in my context.
Mientras tanto los organismos mundiales sobre la educación se preocupa por tantas cosas en el mundo pero ignoran otras, y hoy en día en Venezuela todavía se manejan temas que no tienen relevancia ante la vida actual, está bien conocer acerca de la cultura por ejemplo de un país, pero en términos generales o referenciales, porque si no se hace una comparación o analogía con otras culturas el ejercicio educativo es mediocre o incompleto.
Falla reforzar las ciencias exactas, y no solo eso la crítica más acentuada es en inculcar los valores que aunque se justifique que únicamente nacen en el hogar, lamentablemente encontramos hoy en día en los colegios una amplia y marcada desvalorización del ser humano. Esto casi una constante a nivel mundial, pero en Venezuela es agobiante.
Quizá podríamos justificar el fenómeno qué sucede tras la excusa del factor económico, porque para nadie es un secreto qué se vive en Venezuela bajo condiciones apremiantes en las necesidades básicas y los docentes son un sector duramente afectado, pero cuando lo vemos como padres preferiría que todos aquellos a los que se le imposibilita estar en el medio educativo simplemente dieran pasó a una generación de relevo. Porque mientras algunos profesores están limitados, obsoletos, o resistentes a los cambios, hay una generación necesitada de oportunidades.

It fails to reinforce the exact sciences, and not only that, the most accentuated criticism is in inculcating values that although it is justified that they are only born at home, unfortunately we find today in schools a wide and marked devaluation of the human being. This is almost a constant worldwide, but in Venezuela it is overwhelming.
Perhaps we could justify the phenomenon what is happening behind the excuse of the economic factor, because it is no secret that in Venezuela we live under difficult conditions in the basic needs and teachers are a hard-hit sector, but when we see it as parents would prefer that all those who are prevented from being in the educational environment simply give way to a generation of relief. Because while some teachers are limited, obsolete, or resistant to change, there is a generation in need of opportunity.
¿Acaso no sería ideal modernizar el sistema educativo desde sus cimientos? ¿Dónde queda la creatividad o globalización?
Veo con preocupación temas en el área por ejemplo de geografía dónde se empeñan que los niños estudian temas como la definición y etimología de “los caciques” cuándo esto es referencial del pasado y teoría del acervo cultural, qué bien podría ser un enfoque social, pero que en la realidad no les conduce a un aprendizaje que desarrolle competencias en dónde deben hacerse de herramientas para existir en la actualidad.
Sobre la palestra, por ejemplo, Ucrania está siendo atacado por un país que intenta dominarlo, los niños están más informados que nosotros, ¿acaso la historia del mundo no les está explotando en sus manos y en su caras? Pero nos seguimos guiando por una señora de no sé cuántos años qué quiere estudiar la forma de cómo se vestían los caciques, suena ridículo me gustaría tener algún tipo de medio para demandar públicamente la decadencia de la educación venezolana, pero supongo que muchos padres están en la comodidad de dejar pasar los días y seguimos apegados a una educación que hoy en día me parece involutiva.

I see with concern issues in the area of geography, for example, where they insist that children study topics such as the definition and etymology of "the chiefs" when this is a reference to the past and theory of cultural heritage, which could well be a social approach, but in reality does not lead them to a learning process that develops skills where they must acquire the tools to exist in today's world.
For example, Ukraine is being attacked by a country that is trying to dominate it, children are more informed than we are, isn't the history of the world exploding in their hands and in their faces? But we continue to be guided by a lady I don't know how old she is who wants to study the way the caciques used to dress, it sounds ridiculous, I would like to have some kind of means to publicly demand the decadence of Venezuelan education, but I guess many parents are in the comfort of letting the days go by and we continue to be attached to an education that today seems to me involutive.

Mi recomendación como docente definitivamente es incentivar el auto aprendizaje y el desarrollo de la creatividad en otras áreas, mientras no lleguemos a cambiar desde la médula todo lo que involucra la educación venezolana, y su currículo, debemos ser ciudadanos del mundo y globalizar a nuestros hijos en una educación integral.
