Trippy Thursday - Dark Matter Creatures
Here are a few ball point pen doodles that are inverted with some sci-fi stories behind them for this #trippythursday

A space probe has reached a fully dark area of the universe with no light or planets nearby. In the darkness the probe shoots out electromagnetic signals and gets strange imagery from feedback. Here is a strange crescent creature that has developed a useless eye left over from past times when there used to be an active sun in this region.

This strange creatures uses dark matter in its internal turbine to zoom at high speed through different realities. It collects materials from the different realities to live forever. Sometimes it gets spotted in various realms and gets worshiped as some kind of god.

Here is the parasite of this realm. It will spear other creatures then slowly feed off their energy before implanting eggs in the host and leaving to find another.

Here is a strange explorer ship that has single celled organisms that are super smart but very delicate. Thus they built a reinforced ship to study the dark matter organisms in this region of space. When they are finished studying they will return back to earth and exit the ship as algae.

A large ghost ship sits at the center of this dark region of space. Perhaps this is the thing that destroyed all the various solar systems that used to be in this sector. Now it sits here defunct hoping to charge its solar panels so it can move to a new area of space to destroy more things. Fortunately its designers were short sighted and overlooked the fact that the planet destroyer used solar energy while simultaneously having the capability to destroy suns as well. The species that designed this thing has also destroyed itself many aeons ago while trying to harvest energy from dark matter.
That's all for now, thanks for looking into the abyss :-)
This is extraordinary! Such beautiful craft that are so inspiring! I like layers upon layers and you have that!
Thanks :-) these are some of my older doodles, lately I've been so busy its been hard to start anything new.
Cool doodles and stories 👍 kinda took a doomsday turn at the end 😅
Thankfully the engineers were short sighted and it only destroyed one region of space.
