Trippy Thursday - Carbon Particle Forms

Here is a bed of malleable carbon for this #trippythursday that I created in 3ds max and tyflow.

This panel of smart carbon can take any form and shape it wants to. It is triggered by subconscious thoughts in your head.

As you walk by it reads images in your head and morphs itself to their form. Once out of range the carbon collapses back to its flat inert state.

It can also sense close proximity forms passing by if there are no thoughts to harvest.

An industrial application could be some kind of shock absorbing surface for floors to add extra cushion to your steps only if the technology gets cheap enough.

Here the investigative authorities are using the carbon material to take an imprint of a hand that was lopped off during a sword fight.

The smart carbon was able to capture residual thoughts from the head that was chopped off and stolen nearby.

The carbon can also predict earthquakes a minute before they happen. A minute is better than nothing when preparing for high richter scale events.

Here it predicted a tsumani and saved the one person who had the panel of smart carbon. Unfortunately they were an introvert and didn't warn anyone else.

The smart carbon is doing its best to track an incoming meteor. The variables are too hard to calculate and the size of the meteor is too large for earth to withstand anyway. Fortunately the smart carbon will be able to reform after impact thus becoming the only artifact left over from this age. Perhaps waterbears will evolve over millions of years and will get smart enough to discover the secrets of the smart carbon artifact.

It was probably always the waterbears sneaking in here on frozen asteroids and evolving into dinosaurs and humans.

You guessed it, these are just single frames from an animation.
