Roll the Bones is definitely a song for its time with strange synth hits and some supeebowl shuffle style rapping. Fortunately they never tried the rapping again in any of their songs.
I think I'm Going Bald is kind of hilarious but is almost like an older classic rock band song from before Rush's time.
Tai Shan is a bit strange and new agey for Rush. Probably some kind of CCP propagandist told them to write this song. Quite cheesy synths and drums in this one and of course they never play this one live.

Quite the range of songs from a group I thought I knew. Roll the Bones is the sound I associate with Rush. Going Bald is a little more to my liking personally. And Tai Shan is just WTF? is that Rush? lol
My favorite era of Rush was the Counterparts Album but I generally like all their songs. Their latest album is a bit meh though still listenable though. Seeing them live was great as they played all their best songs and it filled up almost 4 hours lol.
Yeah their library is neverending. Looks like that will be my morning soundtrack lol I like their early stuff like Closer to the Heart, Tom Sawyer but thats probably just because thats what I grew up with
Quite a few great albums with hardly anything bad on them. I like permanent waves a lot too. Given their almost 200 songs I bet I could listen to them all week during work and still not get through everything.

Ooh I wonder if the first one is restricted to a region somehow. Rush is an interesting band to get into with a zillion hit songs. I first learned about them from hearing this instrumental song.
@sketch.and.jam In French, if you say the word “Rush”, you will hear “ruche” which means hive. You loved him, you understood why. hahahaha In the meantime the clip is good and I like the song thank you for the discovery..
