Three Tune Tuesday - Ancient White Zombie Songs
Here are some dusty old White Zombie songs for this #threetunetuesday by @ablaze
I vaguely remember studying for a plant identification test for FFA and listening to this song on the heavy metal radio station. The only words I can remember were 1965 yea yeah. Seems to be about an old car riding through the desert or something lol. The bassline and rhythm are cool.
Speaking of too many yeahs in a song this one takes the cake. The only lyrics I remember are more human than human and yeah yeah mumble mumble. I like how they brought in slide guitar.
Black Sunshine is my favorite White Zombie song. Great drums, bass and guitar and not too annoying of voice lol. A good one to play on roadtrips.

it was long ago.... I remember not much. but - from the music she provided me, I've got 'Therion' - which became one of my fave bands... Rob Zombie did not succeeded ;))))

Brought a grin over here, remembered an old boyfriend went totally ballistic over Black Sunshine.
Hyper overdrive, sometimes wonder where all those people went, if they still go back to spin disks.
Here in Chicago people are crazy about playing vinyl. I bet there are a few white zombie records in stores that will get resampled and turned into rap lol.
Sure many try remaster sound to suit the day, nothing beats original normally though.
Yeah seems technology removes a bit of the soul out of the music.
Each to their own, whatever rocks your boat so long as one has fun....
I started down a rabbit hole about Iggy Pop looking for a young a beautiful creature hanging out with Bowie like this shot (courtesy Billboard magazine) but got slammed by a very old Iggy Pop still performing. Can't unsee that 🤦♂️

White Zombie!! Very cool band, and black sunshine is a classic one. White Zombie and later his solo work, Rob Zombie, used to be the jams on PlayStation games. Thanks for bringing them back.
By the time I hit college it was all rob zombie and no more white zombie.
I didnt hear of them before but I like their sound. Great guitar work in the last song.
The last one is their best song, any of the rest are pretty simple and loud.
