Let's Wash The Makeup Brush

This is my first post in this community, I hope I can write regularly in the future in this community.

This afternoon I will wash my makeup brushes. It's been a long time since I washed my makeup brushes. Actually washing makeup brushes is something that must be done regularly, because in addition to cleaning makeup brushes, it is also useful so that our faces avoid unwanted things such as pimples and blackheads.

We as women definitely have a lot of brushes to apply make up on the face. Starting from brushes for eye shadow, blush on and for loose powder. However, we often forget to clean our makeup brushes. In fact, a dirty brush can be a nest of bacteria and harm our face! Therefore we must regularly clean the makeup brush.

There are several benefits obtained if we regularly clean our makeup brushes.

1. Avoid clogged pores When using a brush continuously, this brush will collect residual makeup, oil and dirt from your skin, not to mention the germs in its storage area. If you don't clean your brush regularly, all this dirt will clog your pores, causing breakouts.

2. Avoid imperfect makeup results
   Dirty brushes or sponges can create streaks on your makeup and easily smudge. The cosmetic products that you use will also not stick perfectly to the bristles of the brush.

3. Reduces the risk of skin irritation
   When a brush collects a lot of dirt, germs and bacteria and comes in direct contact with your skin, it not only clogs the pores but also irritates it. Redness of the skin and itching are the most common problems encountered when the makeup tool is dirty.

4. Avoid eye infections
   One of the effects of using a dirty makeup brush is eye infection. Germs and bacteria can enter your eye and cause pink eye, also known as conjunctivitis.

5. Make-up tools last longer
   Most people tend to throw away the brush and replace it with a new one if the makeup brush looks like it's not working. Washing your brushes so they can function as before means you've extended the life of your brushes.

Washing makeup brushes is very easy, namely by soaking them in warm water and then cleaning with shampoo or special cleaning fluids after rinsing with running water. After washing the makeup brush, don't forget to dry it with a tissue and leave it in the room until it is completely dry and ready to be used again.
