Saludos apreciadas familias de la comunidad Motherhood, espero se encuentren muy bien y con mucho ánimo para iniciar este nuevo escolar con nuestros hijos. Me encanta la iniciativa propuesta, muy oportuna y que nos puede ayudar a retroalimentarnos con las sugerencias y consejos para este regreso a clases.

Como familia hemos disfrutado de unas ricas vacaciones gracias a Dios, los niños en este tiempo se divirtieron en gran manera, fueron a la playa, centros de atracciones, parques, compartieron con sus amiguitos, dieron comienzos a disciplinas deportivas y más, fue un tiempo de mucho provecho y estamos contentos pero ahora vuelta a la realidad.

Lo primero que he hecho y aconsejo hacer es conversar con ellos acerca de este regreso a clases, que se terminaron las vacaciones y ahora toca estudiar, eso es un desafío y sobre todo si tienes hijos pequeños que solo piensan en jugar. Entonces debemos indicarles que vamos a comenzar rutinas y horarios para cumplir con las responsabilidades y lograr los objetivos. Al hacerlo se ponen como dragones que escupen fuego pero es necesario mentalizarlos.

As a family we have enjoyed a great vacation thanks to God, the children had a lot of fun during this time, they went to the beach, amusement centers, parks, shared with their friends, took part in sports disciplines and more, it was a very profitable time and we are happy but now we are back to reality.

The first thing I have done and advise to do is to talk to them about this back to school, that the vacations are over and now it's time to study, that's a challenge and especially if you have young children who only think about playing. Then we must tell them that we are going to start routines and schedules to fulfill the responsibilities and achieve the objectives. In doing so they become like dragons that spit fire but it is necessary to mentalize them.

Como madre he aprendido que es importante planificar porque lo que no se planifica no se hace, trabajar con antelación para no estar estresados y afanados a última hora, al momento de comprar los uniformes, útiles escolares y materiales a utilizar, esto último les encanta, son felices escogiendo sus cuadernos, sus carpetas y así, claro eso manejando las prioridades.

También hay que preparar un ambiente de trabajo donde realizaran sus actividades, una mesa amplia es suficiente para trabajar, suelo involucrarlos a ellos para que ayuden en la decoración o el simple hecho de mover la mesa y traer los útiles, es una forma que aplico para animarlos. También es importante establecer rutinas de sueños estrictas para el adecuado descanso y eso nos va a ayudar a aprovechar mejor el día.

It is also important to establish strict sleep routines for proper rest and that will help us to take better advantage of the day.

Por otro lado no nos olvidemos de reforzar hábitos de responsabilidad pues el niño debe entender que tiene una responsabilidad que cumplir y debo velar para que así sea, para que esto siempre se lleve a cabo, por lo que crear cronogramas de actividades y horarios es muy común para mí, esto me ayuda a llevar todo de una forma ordenada y que también refleje belleza.

Un tip importante que quiero compartir, los niños cuando vienen de vacaciones desarrollan otros hábitos y comportamientos por lo que hay que estar atenta a esos comportamientos que tienen nuestros hijos en clases o en ese periodo de adaptación. Es de mucha importancia recordar que les modelamos a ellos e inevitablemente nos van a imitar nuestras acciones, actitudes y comportamientos, en todo tiempo debemos ser ejemplo para ellos.

La etapa escolar es una de las más especiales de la vida, los míos aún están en primaria pero es un tiempo de aprendizaje tanto para los niños como para uno, hay que acompañarlos siempre y disfrutar estas etapas junto a ellos aunque sean cansonas.
