Buenos días y saludos a todos por esta interesante comunidad Allways a Flower. Primera vez que publico acá, y para hoy he seleccionado a una pequeña flor, que crece de una planta silvestre, específicamente una enredadera, originaria según tengo entendido, de Centro y Suramérica, denominada en Venezuela BELLÍSIMA (Antigonon leptopus).
En mi patio trasero, tengo muchas plantas, algunas las he sembrado yo misma, otras han crecido libremente, y tal es el caso de esta planta, la cual nació en varios puntos del terreno y es muy resistente a la sequía. Para ser franca, en el pasado la he tratado de exterminar, pero ahora solo me limito a podarla, y es que caí en cuenta de algo muy importante: ES UNA PLANTA MELÍFERA, o sea, sirve de alimento a las abejas y como entre mis planes está criar abejas meliponas (sin ponzoña, nativas de Mesoamérica), entonces decidí dejarla permanecer en mi solar.
Aquí traigo unas fotos de ella, realmente son flores de una belleza sencilla, pero muy agradable a la vista, que crece en racimos a lo largo de todo el tallo de la planta (que es trepadora). Tengo dos variedades: Con flores rosadas y con flores blancas. Para hoy sólo fotografíe la rosada. Allí pueden ver muy felices a hormiguitas, abejas Apis y abejitas melipona, tipo arica o angelitas (Tetragonisca angustula), alimentándose de su néctar y polen.
Definitivamente, la Madre Tierra siempre nos obsequia belleza para hacer nuestra vida más agradable y feliz.

[ESP/ENGL] Beautifull (Antigonon leptopus)
Good morning and greetings to everyone for this interesting community Allways a Flower. For the first time I publish here, and for today I have selected a small flower, which grows from a wild plant, specifically a vine, native to Central and South America, as I understand it, called in Venezuela BELLÍSIMA (Antigonon leptopus).
In my backyard, I have many plants, some I have planted myself, others have grown freely, and such is the case with this plant, which was born in various parts of the backyard is very resistant to drought. To be frank, in the past I have tried to exterminate it, but now I only limit myself to pruning it, and it is that I realized something very important: IT IS A HONEY PLANT, that is, it serves as food for bees and as among my plans are to raise melipona bees (without poison, native to Mesoamerica), so I decided to let her stay in my lot.
Here I bring some photos of her, they really are flowers of a simple beauty, but very pleasant to the eye, which grows in clusters along the entire stem of the plant (which is a climbing plant). I have two varieties: With pink flowers and with white flowers. Just photograph the pink one for today. There they can see very happy little ants, Apis bees and melipona bees, arica or angel type (Tetragonisca angustula), feeding on their nectar and pollen.
Definitely, Mother Earth always gives us beauty to make our life more pleasant and happy.
