Hello dear community !! today again wanting to show you a little of what I love: what is traveling. This time it occurred to me to do something specific for this beautiful audience of "moterhood" and of course all the friends of Hive.
My experience of being a mother goes back to a very free and traveling time of my life. I got pregnant with Kenyan Angelina at the age of 21 and 7 thousand kilometers away from my native country, at that time I lived in Colombia and had little idea of motherhood.
I have no siblings of a father and mother so I grew up very alone without the company of other children. Part of immaturity and part of not having much information or emotional stability led to early pregnancy.
A month after leaving Colombia, in Ecuador my pregnancy symptoms were evident and I had to return to my country to be able to have my daughter in the conditions she deserved.
Almost 4 months pregnant and with a single prenatal check-up performed at 13 weeks in Santa Cruz (Bolivia), I arrived in Uruguay at the end of 2011.
After Kenya was born, my desire to go out and travel was too great, so it didn't take long for me to make the big decision and throw ourselves into adventure together.
After Kenya completed its first year a few days later, we again undertook the trip and the first stop would be Chile. Two days later we were already a couple of thousand kilometers from my home in Uruguay. Once again the endorphins released by traveling were felt in my body and I am not lying to you when I tell you that it is truly exciting but now with Kenya in my arms everything would be different, there were many more responsibilities and I would not know if I could really provide all the security that she would need.
After entering the border from Argentina to Chile (via Mendoza) and getting to know the central region, we headed north to enter Peru where I also had the privilege of living for about 6 months and then continue on to Ecuador where I settled for a whole year in its capital "Quito".
Against everything I could imagine we traveled for three and a half years and we never had any kind of inconvenience, traveling there are many dangers among which are diseases and health problems of all kinds, immigration problems, cut routes, theft of children, corrupt police officers, etc. . We managed to face everything that destiny put us ahead and with great luck we were able to travel a few thousand kilometers together and forever have all those experiences in our memories, even though Kenya was a little girl she remembers many of our trips and experiences and That makes me think that each town and each city visited in each country was worth it.
Today we have a more sedentary life but from all the places we visited we knew how to make our home and learn everything that the road put us forward. I love you kenya
Hola querida comunidad!! hoy nuevamente queriendo mostrarles un poco de lo que amo: que es viajar. En esta ocasión se me ocurrió hacer algo especifico para este lindo publico de "moterhood" y por supuesto a todos los amigos de Hive.
Mi experiencia de ser madre se remonta a una época de mi vida muy libre y viajera. Quede embarazada de kenya Angelina con 21 años y a 7 mil kilómetros de distancia de mi pais natal, para aquel entonces vivía en Colombia y poca idea tenia de la maternidad.
No tengo hermanos de padre y madre por lo que me crie muy sola sin compañía de otros niños. Parte de inmadurez y parte de no tener mucha información ni estabilidad emocional derivaron en un embarazo a una temprana edad.
Al mes de abandonar Colombia , ya en Ecuador mis síntomas de embarazo eran evidentes y tuve que emprender la vuelta a mi pais para poder tener a mi hija en las condiciones que se merecía.
Casi con 4 meses de embarazo y con un solo control prenatal realizado a las 13 semanas en Santa Cruz (Bolivia) llegue a Uruguay a fines del 2011.
Luego de nacer Kenya mis ganas de volver a salir a viajar eran demasiadas, con lo cual no tarde en tomar la gran decisión y volcarnos juntas a la aventura.
Luego de Kenya cumplir su primer año a los pocos días nuevamente emprendimos viaje y la primer parada seria Chile. Dos días de viaje después ya estábamos a un par de miles de kilómetros de mi casa en Uruguay. Otra vez las endorfinas liberadas por el viajar se sentían en mi cuerpo y no les miento cuando les digo que es verdaderamente emocionante pero ahora con Kenya en mis brazos todo seria diferente , había muchas mas responsabilidades y no sabría si realmente podría brindarle toda la seguridad que ella necesitaría.
Luego de entrar por la frontera de Argentina hacia chile (via Mendoza) y conocer la region central nos dirigimos al Norte para ingresar a Peru donde también tuve el privilegio de vivir unos 6 meses y luego seguir camino a Ecuador donde me asenté un año entero en su capital "Quito".
Contra todo lo que podría imaginarme viajamos tres años y medio y jamás tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente, viajando existen muchisimos peligros entre los cuales se encuentran enfermedades y problemas sanitarios de toda indole, problemas migratorios, rutas cortadas, robo de niños, policias corruptos, etc. Logramos enfrentar todo lo que el destino nos puso adelante y con cuidado y mucha suerte pudimos recorrer unos miles de kilometros juntas y por siempre tener todas esas vivencias en nuestros recuerdos, por mas que Kenya era una pequeña niña recuerda muchos de nuestros viajes y experiencias y eso me me hace pensar que cada pueblo y cada ciudad recorrida en cada pais valio la pena.
Hoy tenemos una vida mas sedentaria pero de todos los lugares que conocimos supimos hacer nuestro hogar y aprender todo lo que el camino nos puso adelante. Te amo Kenya

Que hermosos recuerdos amiga! Sin dudas viajar nos libera y nos hace sentir verdaderamente vivas y libres!! Me encanta y ojalá que cuando Kenya sea más grande, puedan volver a viajar juntas! Sin dudas es un legado hermoso el que le dejas, esas experiencias y ese conocimiento no se aprenden en otro lado! Las adoro! Besos a ambas!!
