"Treviso Chronicles: A Glimpse into the Enchanting Christmas Atmosphere"
Hello dearest friends,
Today in the community, I would like to share some photos I took yesterday. Due to work commitments, I found myself in Treviso, an important city in the Veneto region. I've had the chance to visit Treviso in the past, often coming here for work-related reasons. However, this time, I wanted to share some photos because I was struck by the Christmas atmosphere in the city. So, when I had an hour of free time, I took a quick stroll around the city and captured some photos to share with you.
"I must say that this part where there is this river practically crossing the city of Treviso is very beautiful and scenic, and there are also many cute little animals."
At the bottom of this page, I will leave some information that might be useful if you plan to visit this interesting Italian city in the near future. In my opinion, information is always valuable as it's best to plan every visit.
I'm not sure if you know, but Treviso is located about 20 km from Venice, one of the most famous cities in Italy. Treviso is charming in its own right, with canals, medieval walls, and historic buildings. It's also said to be the birthplace of Tiramisu, one of the most popular desserts in Italy. There is a significant historical connection with Venice as well, as Treviso sided with the Serenissima. Some even refer to Treviso as the "Little Venice of the Mainland." Inside the city, you can find historical traces that testify to this important connection.
"I discovered that this is practically the fish market that takes place here early in the morning."
I honestly regret not even having had time to grab a bite and taste some local specialties here. My main drive was curiosity to witness the transformation of this city, especially now that we are in the Christmas season.
"I really liked the main square; there are many places with outdoor seating where you can eat, but with this cold, it's really challenging."
Maybe, during some weekend, I'll manage to take a trip here. In the meantime, I'm sharing these photos with you because a dear friend of mine lives in this area. Perhaps, we'll come for an evening stroll when the atmosphere is even more charming.
I, as usual, thank you for taking the time to read my writings. See you soon, and I wish you all a good day!

Hey, this is all very nice - the old buildings, the water, the naked trees. I have a thing for old and historical buidings, and now I'm beginning to like naked trees as well, because then I'll get to see them blossom. It's a wonderful sight.
Kudos!
It's great that you find joy in these elements of nature and architecture. If you have any specific questions or if there's anything else you'd like to share or discuss, feel free to let me know!
Oh. Okay then.
When you go to a new place, and you're not familiar with the trees, and they're completely naked (do they, all at a time?), is there any way of knowing which tree is which?
Unfortunately, you find me very unprepared on this topic because I'm not that expert
No problem. Thanks anyway. 😊
