The tree in the first photo is a perfect analogy……………
The old Western Red Cedar tree died many years ago, but look at it now!🤗
New life, a new beginning, just like every morning, when it comes to your health and fitness!💪
Tough days happen ………..🙄
Life is like a computer “Reboot” you get a fresh start every morning!
Isn’t that awesome my friends!🤗
No running tally, no scorecard, just a brand new day to start your journey to better fitness and better health!👍😊
So the next time it rains, or maybe you were just too tired from the demands of everyday life………………….
Remember the days that you achieved “more” than you thought you could, and tell yourself…… Tomorrow is a brand new day!🤗💪
