One tree down, and a second hanging stuck in another tree!😮
They call these trees “ widowmakers”!😳
Silvertop was keeping an eye on the “stuck” tree, as I was splitting firewood this morning!😇
When I split firewood, I place an old firewood round inside several stacked old tires.
Swinging my ax, has broken three of these old rounds!😆
I guess Silvertop doesn’t know his own strength Lol!😇
“Silvertop why don’t you just chainsaw a round from the first tree that just fell last night!”🥰
The first time I start my chainsaw for the season, I always have reservations…………
I remember as a teenager, a friend of my Dad, trying to start his chainsaw!😡
All of us were camping for the weekend, on our friends property.
On Sunday my Father was following him in our van on the way home.
Suddenly this man stopped his truck in the middle of a country road crossing a river……………
He jumped out with his chainsaw in hand, and tossed it over the railing!
In almost slow motion, I watched this chainsaw drop 30 feet into the Little Miami River!😬
Silvertop was having one of “THOSE” days today Lol!😇
Liz found some very good priced new chainsaws on Amazon. I told her I would give my saw one more try tomorrow Lol!😊
I don’t think I will toss this saw into the river Lol!😇

Chainsaws always make me a bit nervous anyway, I've seen some nasty things happen from accidents before....
Our bass player at Church was climbing a tree with a chainsaw, he fell out and laid on the ground for two days before someone found him!😳
Now he’s paralyzed from the waist down….
You just were not meant to go get a round. Perhaps it was for the best. You never know.......
