From down on the ground looking up,this tree house is interesting, definitely a one of a kind!
I pass this everyday on my hike, I wonder what it looks like inside………
“Liz do you want to snap some photos of the inside for me?”😇
Honestly I wonder if it’s even safe to climb up and take a look…….
With both feet firmly planted on Terra firma, Liz, Jan, and Silvertop hiked on past today headed to Sumas Mountain!
Today was a blue sky start to the Fourth of July weekend!
The Mrs has been wanting to decorate the baby Douglas Fir tree up on the “High Trail “. This time of year it is a patriotic Fourth of July theme!😊
What I didn’t expect, were the mosquitoes, they were vicious today!😲
After decorating the “Fourth of July” tree, I started clearing the “High Trail” of brush.
Liz had a dozen mosquitoes attacking her back!😮
Very soon their time be over for the summer. We climbed to the fork in the trail at the top, and decided to call it a hike!
Quickly we descended, back down the Mountain, at a lower elevation we were Mosquito free……… mostly Lol!🤣

They are fine where I live now but I used to live in a place where there were loads to the extent we had to sleep with nets. So bad memories.
