The first hot day for the Northwest and our neighbor Dan our resident Police Officer has lost his electric power!😮
The lineman tried to reset the high power line fuse………..

Silvertop never listens…….. It’s a guy thing Lol!😇
Mac another neighbor pulled up in his classic five series Red Mercedes Benz Convertible!
“ Awesome Mac, are you going to the car show?”
This weekend is Sumas days, a summer festival, that also includes a classic car show!🤗
Mac’s Grandfather just passed away and left this beautiful Mercedes to him, it was only the second time he had driven this car.
Looks like the transformer went bad…..
Stay cool you guys, and Silvertop and Liz continued our hike to “Soaring Eagles “😊
Fifty eight degrees to eighty eight degrees, with no acclamation, Silvertop was dragging on today’s hike!😅
We passed Kate at the off grid cabin. She lived several years in Norway, and has this large Norway flag to block the intense sun on the front of the cabin.
When we reached “Soaring Eagles” it was somewhat less humid, but the temp had climbed to 88 degrees!
Way too hot for any Northwesterners!😅
Liz brought @actifit-lamb and so many of her relatives, I don’t know how she was able to keep them all in a hot backpack Lol!🤣
You can see in the last photo the Lambs insisted on a Sun umbrella!😎

It was a lovely, but warm hike for sure! I enjoyed finally getting out and moving after a week with my back in a mess. The backpack helped a lot ironically! The lambs were having a good time. They like to come with us.
I want a red 80's Mercedes, honey! Can I have one for our anniversary, my birthday and Christmas all rolled together, please? 🙏🙏🙏
The mocha frappes were delicious, I must admit and a great refresher after a very hot hike! If you're good, I'll make you another tomorrow! 🤗😘💖
