Very Special Heart: Hand Poured Silver Bar No.96

avatar
(Edited)

I received a silver heart from someone very dear to me some years ago.

It is the first ever present I received from a fellow stacker.

Back Yard Bullion is a pourer that works from the U.K.. and it all started with the Silver Tube community. He was inspired by watching Hi Ho Silver (Bunker Bullion), Mr Zeke, Losing Louie, Vulcan5678, AG Ender and so many others, who are all contemporaries.

So.... this is a hand poured silver Heart by BYB. It is 1.07 troy ounce of .999 fine silver. In addition to his BYB, he is using a leaf as his mark!

These are the hand poured silver heart I have shown you/

😍#ilikeitalot!😍

I started documenting my hand-poured silver bars late last year about 12 months ago.

There is something to be said for hand poured silver! I love the look and the chunkiness of it. I have just one hand poured piece (not a heart though) and I really love it. You have a nice collection sis! Thanks for sharing and have a lovely night!🤗😘💕🌸🎄

Yes, sis!
I am lucky to be able to acquire these at a price they were before.
But like anything, prices go up, and they go down.
When it will be good to buy again, I shall.
You know that now I post before I go to bed.
and I don't know how that came to be... hmmm.

I did figure your posting time out, lol! I think maybe you find it relaxing and it just gravitated to doing before going to bed. Also, if you're like me, sometimes it's that last little bit of the day when you can just squeeze it in. We used to post late, but have slowly worked it to earlier. Now it's between 6 and 8 pm depending on how the evening is going.🤗😘🌸💕🎄

Not a bad looking heart, I like a few of the others better but this is a solid piece for sure.

I think hand poured Silver Hearts will always be so much more than craftsman poured Silver. Works of art that are more valuable than ounces of precious metal.....
Gifts when given, that will always be special........Classic @silversaver888! 🤗

This Silver Heart is among the first pours of BYB (BackYard Bullion from England) and he's still going on strong today. Yeah, I know who you got this from. So memorable. I was lucky to get one of Backyard Bullion's pieces and them getting a few more after this. Then scoring a first edition Silver Forum bar! Those were great times.

Always, with love 🤗🌺❤️

Great times, indeed, sis.
Never to be forgotten!
I sometime think of the what and where and whys things...
I can only think of a rotten apple/s that spoiled the whole bunch...
All spurred by envy and jealousy...
I'm glad I am away from it all.
And yet, here is another one!!!

Hugs and Kisses sis🥰🌺🤙!

I sometimes watch BYB on Youtube but his vids are quite long normally ;)

A true craftsman will keep at it, my friend!
He and the missus also pours candles. He gifted me with several
the first Christmas he was at YouTube.

Thank you for sharing your hearts 💓, they are beautiful by the way, apart from being the product of manual work, which I admire very much.

Thank you for your well-thought comment!
Silversmithing has been around for many centuries.
I am glad you find it interesting.
In your own country, I am sure this craft is thriving.
Take care, @marbrym.

Another beauty added to the edition. You have 7 hand-pounded hearts and among them, 6 of them are heart-shaped which is pretty cool. Love all of them :)

I think I have several more to share. And that would bring us to 100.
The rest of it, I dunno if I should continue to show them.
Hahaha 😍

I am actually thinking about using some of my hive to start buying a little bit of silver!

Definitely about time for me to start getting more involved I just did a post about some of the gold I got to mine.

However I think it is about time that I get some silver like this and start plugging about my adventures in stashing some of this precious metal away. I like gold and I definitely like silver too!!!

Thank you for the inspiration!
