UNA PEQUEÑA VENTANA DE OPORTUNIDADES // RELATO [ESP-ENG]
Saludos, mis estimados lectores. En esta oportunidad el tema que nos ocupa trata sobre un relato ficticio pero con un final que sin duda alguna cautivara su atención.
Margare y Harol son una bonita pareja que tienen 15 años de feliz matrimonio, durante este tiempo han tenido 3 hermosos hijos, Cyntia de 14 años y los pequeños Deivis y Samuel de 9 y 6 años consecutivamente. Esta familia se caracteriza por ser muy unida y comprometida por los valores y principios del hogar.
Harol trabaja en una empresa como Contador Público, mientras que su esposa es ama de casa y se dedica exclusivamente al cuidado del hogar y atención de los niños, pronto se avecinaran pruebas difíciles de afrontar en donde jugará un papel fundamental el amor familiar.
La empresa entra en una etapa de recorte personal y aun cuando él tenía alrededor de 15 años de servicio entra en esa lista negra, provocando un gran disgusto en Harol, era totalmente insólito que lo sacaran de la empresa cuando siempre ha sido un empleado ejemplar que cumple con todas sus actividades asignadas y hasta algo más, pero esto no era razón suficiente para mantener su cargo, solo le indicaron que la empresa no estaba pasando por un buen momento financiero y que debían prescindir de sus servicios.
Muy preocupado Harol regresa a casa y al momento de la cena le expone su situación laboral a la familia, un gran silencio se mantuvo en la mesa hasta que su amada esposa le dice a su marido que no se preocupe que vendrán tiempos mejores y que siempre que se mantengan unidos como familia podrán salir de todas esas pruebas difíciles que se le presenten. Sin duda estas palabras fueron de gran aliento para Harol.
Sus hijos se mantuvieron durante toda la cena callados, algo totalmente inusual en ellos, ya que siempre se caracterizaban por ser muy conversadores, debido a que esta era la ocasión donde cada quien compartía sus experiencia del día. Esto fue algo que preocupo aún más al señor Harol y paso toda la noche dando vueltas en busca de una solución asertiva hasta que se le ocurrió que emigraran a la ciudad, ellos vivían en una comunidad muy poblada, pero tenía pocas fuentes de trabajos, en cambio en la ciudad sin duda alguna esto no iba a ser un problema.
Pronto reunió a toda la familia y les comunico la opción de mudarse hacia la ciudad en busca de establecerse mejor y pensando en que Cynthia debía cursar próximamente sus estudios universitarios fuera de aquella comunidad, esto en un principio no les agrado mucho a sus hijos, pues tenían toda su vida y amigos allí, pero luego de compartir opiniones y justificar sus razones en conjunto la familia decidió que era una buena oportunidad para conocer otro ambiente y seguir creciendo de forma integral.
Realizaron todos los preparativos necesarios y juntos emprendieron un largo viaje de 26 horas, hasta que por fin llegaron a su destino, esto era algo totalmente nuevo para todos los miembros de la familia, por lo que estaban maravillados de la gran ciudad y su continua movilización. Lograron llegar a un pequeño hotel donde se quedaron por esa noche y solicitaron información sobre alguna casa pequeña donde ellos pudieran alojarse y estar más cómodos.
En la mañana siguiente Harol, quien siempre se ha caracterizado por ser un hombre muy emprendedor salió muy temprano en busca de trabajo sin tener alguna respuesta, ya era un hombre de 45 años de edad y las empresas estaban más interesadas en contratar personal más joven.
Así pasaron 2 semanas y ya se les estaba agotando sus pocos ahorros y Harol aún no había podido encontrar trabajo en su campo laboral. Un día mientras caminaba muy preocupado pudo ver un pequeño anuncio donde buscaban personas para laborar en un auto lavo de carros, sin temor al trabajo llego allí y solicito el empleo y aun cuando no contaba con ninguna experiencia fue contratado a prueba.
Llego en la tarde a casa muy contento y les compartió a sus hijos y esposa que había encontrado trabajo en una pequeña empresa y que les iba a llevar la contabilidad, esto fue una gran alegría para toda la familia quienes celebraron esa noche con una cena familiar muy humilde, pero lo que realmente importaba es que a pesar de la situación seguían muy unidos.
Pasaron los meses y Harol siguió desempeñando con mucha dedicación su trabajo y pronto lo aprendió en su totalidad y del mismo modo recordó que a él le apasionaba la combinación de compuesto cuando era muy joven y comenzó a experimentar con sustancias de origen natural con la finalidad de elaborar un detergente para lavar los autos con mayor eficiencia del que se usaba actualmente.
Durante el día trabajaba en aquel auto lavo de manera incógnita, debido a que no les había sido totalmente sinceros a su familia y de noche llegaba a realizar los diferentes ensayos en busca de aquel anhelado detergente, hasta que luego de varios intentos logro obtener el producto deseado y sin temor alguno se lo dio a conocer al dueño del lugar donde él trabajaba, quien quedó fascinado con el resultado de este producto.
Tenía grandes beneficios en comparación con el de uso común entre sus principales características destacan el que eliminaba con gran facilidad la grasa de los vehículos, era fácil de enjuagar por lo que ahorraba en el gasto del agua y al finalizar no debían utilizar ninguna sustancia para brillar el auto, porque este quedaba reluciente. Su jefe estaba encantado con este nuevo detergente y sin pensarlo mucho le hizo un gran perdido a Harol.
Pronto la noticia se corrió y fueron muchas otras empresas las que se interesaron por este producto, permitiendo que aquel contador público que ahora lavaba autos pudiera salir de este humilde trabajo que le permitió el sustento de su familia por tantos meses y que le había abierto una pequeña ventana para que el, pusiera en práctica sus habilidades de químico que había adquirido en la etapa de la juventud y que por estar inmerso en su trabajo de contador no le había sacado el provecho necesario.
Toda esta situación, hizo que Harol le comentara la verdad de su situación laboral a su familia, quienes estaban asombrados que su padre les hubiese ocultado lo sucedido, si ellos siempre se caracterizaron por ser sinceros en el hogar y no entendían el ¿Por qué Harol no les había contado la verdad?
A lo cual solo él les respondió que no quería preocuparlo por no tener un trabajo que pudiese cubrir todas sus necesidades, debido a que él había tomado la iniciativa de mudarse del lugar y no les quería fallar, por ese motivo trato de buscar una solución alterna y fue donde se le ocurrió este nuevo producto con el cual estaban solucionando todos sus problemas financieros y podría hasta asegurarles su futuro.
Efectivamente Harol registro su producto y actualmente cuenta con una empresa muy sólida dedicada a productos de limpieza, donde cuenta con el apoyo de su esposa e hijos ya podido ser fuente de trabajo para muchas otras personas emprendedoras como él.
Finalmente Harol compartía continuamente sus anécdotas con sus empleados y siempre les recalcaba que si en la vida se te cierra una puerta no te quedes llorando frente a ella, sigue tu camino que otras se te abrirán más adelante y te ofrecerán mejores oportunidades que de seguro serán muy gratificantes.

Harol returned home very worried and at dinner time he explained his work situation to the family, a great silence was maintained at the table until his beloved wife told her husband not to worry that better times would come and that as long as they remain united as a family they would be able to overcome all the difficult trials that would come their way. No doubt these words were of great encouragement to Harol.

His children remained silent throughout the dinner, something totally unusual for them, as they were always characterized by being very talkative, because this was the occasion where everyone shared their experiences of the day. This was something that worried Mr. Harol even more and he spent the whole night looking for an assertive solution until it occurred to him that they should emigrate to the city, they lived in a very populated community, but had few sources of jobs, but in the city without a doubt this was not going to be a problem.
Soon he gathered the whole family and told them about the option of moving to the city in search of a better place to settle down and thinking that Cynthia should soon pursue her university studies outside that community, this at first did not please his children, because they had all their life and friends there, but after sharing their opinions and justify their reasons together the family decided it was a good opportunity to learn another environment and continue growing in a comprehensive manner.
They made all the necessary preparations and together they undertook a long journey of 26 hours, until they finally arrived at their destination, this was something totally new for all the members of the family, so they were amazed by the big city and its continuous movement. They managed to reach a small hotel where they stayed for the night and requested information about a small house where they could stay and be more comfortable.
The next morning Harol, who has always been characterized for being a very enterprising man, went out early in the morning looking for a job without any response, he was already 45 years old and companies were more interested in hiring younger personnel.
Two weeks went by and they were running out of their little savings and Harol still had not been able to find a job in his field of work. One day while he was walking very worried he saw a small ad where they were looking for people to work in a car wash, without fear of the job he went there and applied for the job and even though he had no experience he was hired on a trial basis.
He arrived home in the evening very happy and shared with his children and wife that he had found a job in a small company and that he was going to take care of the accounting, this was a great joy for the whole family who celebrated that night with a very humble family dinner, but what really mattered was that despite the situation they were still very united.
Months went by and Harol continued to perform his work with great dedication and soon learned it in its entirety and in the same way he remembered that he was passionate about the combination of compounds when he was very young and began to experiment with substances of natural origin with the purpose of elaborating a detergent to wash cars with greater efficiency than the one currently in use.
During the day he worked in that car wash in an incognito way, because he had not been completely honest with his family and at night he came to perform the various tests in search of that longed detergent, until after several attempts he managed to obtain the desired product and without any fear he told the owner of the place where he worked, who was fascinated with the result of this product.
It had great benefits in comparison with the one commonly used, among its main characteristics were that it easily removed grease from vehicles, it was easy to rinse so it saved on water consumption and at the end they did not have to use any substance to shine the car, because it was gleaming. His boss was delighted with this new detergent and without thinking much about it, he made a big loss to Harol.
Soon the news spread and many other companies were interested in this product, allowing the public accountant who was now washing cars to leave this humble job that had allowed him to support his family for so many months and that had opened a small window for him to put into practice his chemistry skills that he had acquired in his youth and that he had not taken advantage of because he was immersed in his job as an accountant.
This whole situation made Harol tell the truth about his work situation to his family, who were astonished that his father had hidden what had happened, if they were always characterized by being sincere at home and did not understand why Harol had not told them the truth.
To which only he replied that he did not want to worry about not having a job that could cover all their needs, because he had taken the initiative to move out of the place and did not want to fail them, for that reason he tried to find an alternative solution and that is where he came up with this new product with which they were solving all their financial problems and could even ensure their future.
Indeed Harol registered his product and currently has a very solid company dedicated to cleaning products, where he has the support of his wife and children and has been able to be a source of work for many other entrepreneurs like him.
Finally, Harol continually shared his anecdotes with his employees and always emphasized that if a door closes in your life, don't stay crying in front of it, go on your way, others will open later and offer you better opportunities that will surely be very rewarding.

En esta vida debemos estar dispuesto a enfretar las diferentes adversidades que se nos presenten en la vida, de esta manera podemos alcanzar metas que ni siquiera habían sido planificadas en nuestra actualidad, pero lo realmente importante es que siempre permanecieron unidos como familia.

Desde mi opinion a el le beneficio el que fuese despedido, ya que gracias a ello pudo poner en practica su potencial oculto.
