DEATH SPLINTER'S VERSION OF YENSID & MAGIC MOUSE

The ruleset here allowed for all Splinters and included Equalizer and Healed out which meant that all monsters would have the same Health as the monster with the highest health, and no monster would be able to heal. Since Water Splinter was available, I expected my opponent to create a magic water team but instead my opponent went with a melee-range fire team -- Living Lava with Shield to reduce melee and range damage, Fineas Rage with Reach ability to attack from 2nd position, Spark Pixie with Flying ability, Fire Elemental with Blast ability, Mantoid with Snipe ability, and Tower Griffin with Flying ability. I was a little worried with how fast Fineas, Spark Pixies, and Fire Elemental since my fastest monster only has a Speed 3.

The battle was pretty long since every monster had 12 Health so it didn't come to a close until Round 17. By round 17, Bone Golem and Gorlodon are gone but it's just Tower Griffin versus two Leech ability magic monsters -- Venari Bonesmith and Ancient Licht, and also Undead Priest who's lowered enemy health. A strategy that has done well for me for quite some time is combining Leech ability monsters with tanks so that they all have the same health, resulting in some of the leech-ability monsters gathering up enormous amounts of health. As you can see here, Ancient Licht ended up with 27 health after starting at only 12.

I won 40 Rating and over 15 Dark Energy Crystals from this battle -- which might be a new record for me.
