" Stupid headache!"... lately that's all I've been thinking about during the day today... maybe a little old fashioned medicine will cure the discomfort.

” ¡Estúpido dolor de cabeza!”… últimamente es lo único que he pensado durante el día de hoy… quizás un poco de medicina antigua cure el malestar.

In the old days, trepanation was practiced as a method for different ailments, but one in particular was to relieve migraine or very acute headaches... and yes, I know... it seems absurd that someone would think of piercing his head to relieve pain, but as crazy as it sounds, I can assure you that when you suffer one of those unhappy attacks of pain, the idea of breaking your skull sounds very reasonable...

Antiguamente se practicaba la trepanación como un método para distintos males, pero uno en particular era para aliviar la migraña o dolores muy agudos de cabeza… y si, lo se… parece absurdo que a alguien se le ocurra perforarse la cabeza para aliviar un dolor, pero por más descabellado que suene, te puedo asegurar que cuando sufres uno de esos infelices ataques de dolor, la idea de romper tu cráneo suene muy razonable…

It is obvious that most people who had this done either did not survive or ended up with much worse problems... but let's look at it in retrospect for a moment... The pain was over XD....

Es obvio que la mayoría de las personas que se practicaban esto no sobrevivían o bien terminaban con problemas mucho peores… pero veámoslo en retrospectiva por un momento… El dolor se terminaba XD…

It gives some relief to be born in this era, where pills help you relieve the pain and don't subject you to torturous treatments... although sometimes painkillers become simple candies and you consider alternative medicine... I really wouldn't know if I would do something so drastic, but I do know that if this headache doesn't end soon I will be tempted to try new things... But... who cares? We are here to look at some art and lose ourselves in the emptiness of thinking about nothingness to relax and forget about the pain.

Da algo de alivio haber nacido en esta era, en las que las pastillas te ayudan a aliviar el dolor y no te sometan a tortuosos tratamientos… aunque algunas veces los analgésicos se vuelven simples caramelos y consideras entonces la medicina alternativa… realmente no sabría si haría algo tan drástico, pero sí sé que si este dolor de cabeza no se termina pronto estaré tentada a probar cosas nuevas… Pero… ¿a quién le importa? Estamos acá para ver algo de arte y perdernos en el vacío de pensar en la nada para relajarnos y olvidarnos del dolor.
