Reconstrucción del Flex táctil de un teléfono Blu

Saludos amigos de hive. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este hermoso trabajo que realize Pues les cuento en el trabajo me llegó un equipo Blu el cual el cliente nos comenta que se le ah mojado con agua en la playa pues. El equipo no encendia se le realizó un mantenimiento logro encender.
Pero al encender se observa que el equipo no le da funcion a su táctil. 😞🤔. Se observa que El conector de su táctil se encuentra sulfatado

Como pueden observar se ve bien Sulfatado bueno se le realizó una limpieza y quedó perfecto pero al observar el Flex de El táctil me encuentro con esto. 😞😞😞

Que feo se encontraba ese Flex 😞 bueno le realizó una limpieza el cual nos quedó de esta manera

Como se puede observar está destruida una pista de el Flex bueno manos a la obra , le realizare una reconstrucción , lo primero que realize fue raspar. Una de las guías para poder colocar el jumper o puente para reconstruir la pista.

Una vez raspada la pista se le agrega un poco de Flux para soldar y se coloca estaño a todo el Flex por. Si se encuentra una pista más rota o haciendo mal contacto

Le realizare el puente de esta manera soldando primero un extremo para luego soldar el otro Extremo.

Una vez soldado los 2 extremos se corta el restante

Bueno ahora conecte la placa a los Flex y de pantalla, botones y mica táctil

Una vez. Conectado todo lo encendí y como ven funciona perfectamente
