Hi everybody
This monday is very sunny, that's why sometimes the weather is very unpredictable, friends. When I came out of the room into the kitchen I saw Aunt Parni was preparing a fire as if to roast something, when I asked it turned out that Aunt Parni wanted to grill the fish that Mama had prepared in the refrigerator. Mama told me to take out the fish that was in the refrigerator to grill, I thought it was just the fish that was grilled directly with salt and lime juice. Turns out, Aunt Parni said the fish was rubbed with special spices that she would prepare. I also watched and studied with Aunt Parni who was preparing the grilled fish seasoning.

While waiting for Aunt Parni to prepare the spices to grill the fish, I took the fish from the refrigerator which Mama told me to take out earlier and let it rest for a while because Mama put it on the top which is usually used to freeze ice or other types of frozen food. I continued to see Aunt Parni preparing the spices which were being peeled, and it turned out that they were going to be put in a blender to rub on the fish when it was about to be grilled. I will tell you what Aunt Parni uses to make the special seasoning for her grilled fish.

Looks delicious right? This is one of our lunch menus today. The two fish that were not seasoned were my sister Wulandari's, she doesn't like fish with spices that contain chilies, according to her, it tastes spicy. We ate this menu of grilled fish gembung kuring with raw soy sauce made by my mother, it was very delicious and delicious. Hi @sheliawati

Good morning. I would like to know who is cooking here? Well, obviously these are not your hands. When you were asked to appear making your recipes, it is not posing with the ingredients and the results of the recipe, but we want to see you making your recipes, you, your face.

Keep this in mind for future posts. Don't share recipes you haven't made. Avoid being silenced in the community.
