Como se dañó la cinta de airbag
bueno, amigo, todo empezó un día que me toco llevar el carro al taller para hacerle un cambio de bujes que van en la meseta, pero como estaba nuevo con el carro no sabía a qué taller llevarlo, así que varios conocidos me dijeron que se lo llevara a una persona que vivía en el mismo barrio que yo, así que decidí llegar el carro hasta ese taller, todo iba muy bien compre los bujes ellos empezaron a desarmar las mesetas hasta allí todo bien, cambiaron las viejas montaron las nuevas y cuando están volviendo armar todo se le complicó un poco volver a cuadrar todo, pero dieron y dieron hasta que pusieron la pieza
no sé cuál fue el motivo, la circunstancia, pero la caña del volante sé salió, así que le digo a los muchachos que esa pieza sé salió, uno de ellos se aceró todo sobrado y me dijo, no pasa nada y giro el volante con mucha fuerza, después instalo nuevamente el volante se colocaron la pieza y se procedió a encender el carro lo cual de forma inmediata encendió el testigo del airbag y la bocina tampoco sonaba, le dije le reclame que ese testigo no estaba en el tablero a lo que él respondió si estaba allí no se hicieron responsable y yo quede sin bocina además que esa cinta es bastante costosa y no se consigue aparte de eso la bocina no suena si la cinta del airbag está mala, la averigüe por todos lados, pero no la conseguí así que me di por vencido y dure bastante tiempo sin la bocina

I do not know what was the reason, the circumstance, but the rod of the steering wheel came out, so I tell the guys that the piece came out, one of them came all sober and told me, nothing happens and turn the steering wheel with great force, then installed the steering wheel again the piece was placed and proceeded to turn on the car which immediately turned on the airbag light and the horn did not sound either, I told him I claimed that this witness was not on the board to which he replied if it was there they were not responsible and I was left without horn plus that tape is quite expensive and is not achieved apart from that the horn does not sound if the airbag tape is bad, find out everywhere, but I did not get it so I gave up and lasted quite some time without the horn.

Amigos, después de tanto tiempo conozco al pana @wilfredojgf que también hace vida en hive además es mecánico con bastante experiencia y el cual me a realizados ya varias reparaciones a mi carrito que he compartido aquí con ustedes, así que decido comentarle al pana Wilfredo que tengo un inconveniente con el airbag y la bocina que no suena y si había alguna manera de reparar eso o simplemente se tiene que sustituir por una nueva, a lo que él respondió no vale esa cinta yo los reparos depende en las condiciones que se encuentre, así que yo bastante emocionado decidí llevarle mi carrito hasta su taller para que revisara el airbag.

El pana @wilfredojgf saco sus herramientas que no fueron muchas, una llave Allen 6 mm para poder sacar la tapa del volante donde se encuentra el airbag se desconectó la batería por seguridad, se procedió a sacar el conector del airbag y la bocina para trabajar más cómodo y poder sacar el volante con una llave de fuerza y un dado 19 mm un poco de fuerza y listo salió el volante y ahora si se puede tener acceso a la cinta del airbag, con un destornillador de estría se saca los tres tornillos que sostienen la cinta y listo ya podemos ver la cinta cuál fue el daño que tenía y el pana Wilfredo al ver la cinta me dijo (NAGUARA CHAMO SERGIO QUE SUERTE LA TUYA LA CINTA NO ESTA PARTIDA)

Amigos, la cinta del airbag no se partió, sino que sé salió del conector, haciendo que el trabajo fuera mucho más sencillo de lo esperado, así que el pana Wilfredo aplico sus técnicas para volver a soldar la pieza al conector aplicando un poco de calor con un cautín soldó la pieza nuevamente en su sitio se verificó la cinta que no quedara enrollada y procedimos a volver armar todo, pero con el temor que se fuera a disparar la bolsa de aire, así que tomamos precaución y nos alejamos del carro
procedimos a instalar la batería y para sorpresa de nosotros todo quedo perfecto amigo, la bola de aire no se disparó y la bocina quedo nuevamente sonando un excelente trabajo del pana Wilfredo, y yo quede feliz y contento, ya que mi carrito tiene nuevamente bocina.

We proceeded to install the battery and to our surprise everything was perfect friend, the air ball was not triggered and the horn was again sounding an excellent job of the pana Wilfredo, and I was happy and content, since my car has again horn.

Esas reparaciones las hace solo un profesional 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Estoy a la orden hermano, corriste con suerte a muchos le e reemplazado toda la cinta. Lo que si recomiendo para este tipo de trabajo es tener paciencia amigos, no es muy difícil pero si hay que tener atención a los detalles y mucha paciencia.

Si amigo gracias a dios me pudieron solucionar, siempre he escuchado que esa pieza nunca la reparan, pero ya ve que si se pudo y quedo muy bien
Pienso que no se han especializado mano de obra aquí en ello. algo para emprender o mejorar en el sistema educativo de oficios.
