Other Random Stats I like to Track

  • Total Cards 493 (-4)
  • Basic Income 983 (0)

Citizens Cards Minted

  • Homeless x 4
  • Immigrants x 1

Technologies Minted

  • Experimental Healthcare
  • Basic Accounting

Training & Criminals

  • Workers 6

SIM Power vs SIM Holdings

SIM Power 540,797
Sim On Hive-Engine 1,075,857

The loss of cards was just moving the duplicate technologies I found to suburbs while I consider selling them or holding them long term and moving citizens around Importing Homeless and Immigrants to train and outputting workers where they are needed. I had pretty good luck minting new citizens. This has become more key as I have now hit a point where I don't have extra lying around! Overall I my city is doing well minting cards, people, technology and training. I feel like I am in a good spot, and now its time to focus on creativity.

I didn't buy many new cards for here because I was so focused on upping my education on senstless.rental. I will soon have the time to switch.

Finally Have over 1M in SIM holdings!!

Been pushing hard to hit that 1M, but now seeing my power so far behind, I am not sure if I can stop. Plus that extra juicy 90% APR keeps calling my name. I think I will keep rolling in. I want to get that 30 day average to over 1M too. I do want to start to build out the other cities, so I will have to allow my self to spend a little SIM here and there. I have been rolling every thing I can, post payouts, lease payments, sps, and other drips into SIM.. Now I have to pick what project with an APR of 90% do I want to keep investing in.

Senstless.rental

  • Total Cards 318 (+42)
  • Education 1001
  • Unemployed 0
  • Income 113 (-3 after tax)

Citizens Cards Minted

  • Homeless x 1
  • Immigrants x 1

Technologies Minted

  • RoboCop x 2
  • Basic Automation

Senstless.rental Summary

Holy smokes!!! No unemployment!! Last week I had 154 unemployed... now 0. My population also increased by 45. This little city turned into an education boom town. The only card added was university. I went from 20 to 41. and now my Education is 1000+ and give me the max chance for technology discovery. I will also have all technologies unlocked today! I think that is a HUGE accomplishment for a 2nd city.

It was nice to see a few minting of citizens and technologies here as well. Especially things like robocop that I didn't have before in any city. hoping in the long run it pays these will become needed by more. I doubt I will see this again any time soon!!

Sister Cites - Initech

  • Total Cards
  • Education
  • Unemployed

NFT'S Minted

Citizens Cards Minted

  • Immigrant x 1
  • Homeless x 2

Initech did just what it was supposed to again. Made me 3 new citizen cards to move around and get trained. This little suburb is doing great and help me focus on minting NFT's and not worry about the stupid high tax rates. I am pretty sure last week I had a APR of 15% if I had sold the cards for ~60 sim in total. Nice little increase!

Overall Thoughts

Not sure exactly what my plans are for next week. We will see what rabbit hole I go down and I go on a buying spree!! What do you think I should do to my city - what gaps do I have that need to get filled?

You are certanly entering the game with Splashes! I like that! You are right the SIM is one of the best HODLings you can find.... hpwever SO HARD too save up, cudos on the cool million. im still re-investing a lot and am lucky to stay around 30.000 ish in SIM power... =) ...

Creativity is deffinatly one of the betterrackets in my opinion, the dayly HIVE from it tops so far the other categories in my city!

Good luck moving forward my good sir, and thanx for posting your dCity progress, i like it!

It has been really fun. At first I didn't get the appeal, but as I play more, the more wrinkles I find to explore. While I can spend over an hour a day tinkering around, I can also walk away for along weekend and not worry one bit about ROI, lost rewards, or anything lese.

The hardest part about building SIM power is not buying cards... every day I find my self almost spending away any gain I would make. !PIZZA
