Thoughts and Overview

It was a good week for me. I managed to spend some SIM - and that has been hard for me to do lately as I build my stack. I added some great cards. I am really trying to push for creativity now. By adding the 12 art gallery. I managed to get my background/animation percentage to 2. I have a lot of work to do to build it up. The biggest improvement is moving my chance of crime from over 20% down to 4%. I plan to add a few more police stations until that number is 0, and I focus on adding more creativity.

It was also a very productive week for mining NFT's. I got 5 citizens cards, 1 Mountain background ( with a 1% chance!) and a couple of Techs on this account. I am still stacking my advanced prayer towards 10, so the more the merrier!! DeFi is a decent tech, it does boost income by 1% and even with taxes this high, it can only help in the long run as I continue to grow.

Overall I hope next week was as productive, although I don't think I can drop another 18k sim on cards. I was super happy to train a artist and a scientist and not just workers. It is great to get that mix in the population and get those additional stats!. I wish they could all be like that!

Thoughts and Plans

This did exactly what it is built for, mining tech and citizens. With a 24% chance for new citizens and 25% chance for new tech it is perfect. Down side it its sitting at -7 income, and not much I can do for it really. Not work working on it in the current state. Not sure what I plan to build out, if anything or if I focus on Senstless for a while and let this just run as is. The high crime rate is not a concern given the taxes, I have little to lose.

ETH Mining

What a great find, I did send it over to Senstless right away, and it gave me another 1% population since I already had one of each category, and adding one of each mining rig will add an additional 1%. I did verify this with the experts on discord and it validates what the game dislay shows.

While it is true I am wasting a 2% income bonus, that is not my current focus and would rather have the 1% population bonus. I hope to afford or mine the BTC card as well to get that 3rd and final %, and to complete the row 100%.

Thoughts -

This little suburb is doing its thing. It was only one citizen to train this week but what do you expect. I have little intent to improve it much, and would rather build another just like to train citizens.

SIM Power... When Do I Stop

I know, I need to buy more cards, but right now I am stacking SIM as hard as I can. I have more than my original goal, and my secondary goal of "all of it" it a ways off... so I guess I will keep doing this until I get my daily HIVE payout where my original goal was. Looks like I am not the only one stacking the past month, I now need power of close to 1.4M to get 3 Hive a day at the current pool rate. The APR has also dropped to 81% so it appears I am not alone in this pursuit...

I wonder if there is a support group for those addicted to SIM Power....
