New Photo NFT Available - Launch At Your Own Risk

Lately, I've been having a bit of fun buying some inexpensive NFTs on @nftshowroom, so I thought I'd give producing one another try. Lensy.io seems to be a bit of a ghost town so this one is available on Rarible.com. I'd prefer to keep my photo NFTs on hive but I believe @nftshowroom still does not allow photography.

I'm curious what your thoughts are... What do you think is the best platform for selling photography NFTs? Does hive have a better solution than lensy?

Here's the photo that is now available on Rarible.com (and not available on my website or anywhere else). It's out at Pyramid Lake, Nevada, at the boat launch. The blue sign looked great among the yellow wildflowers. I thought the sign was appropriate for an NFT considering all that goes on in the blockchain world.

Thank you for looking and for any answers to my question. I hope you're having a great day!

I didn't know that rarible could be used to NFT photographs. I am interested in doing that, have you ever made any sale there?

I was approved and there are other photographs available so I think it's ok... I hope. No sales yet but I previously only had one nft available there. Now that raribles offers the option to have the purchaser pay the minting fees, I will probably offer a few more.

so you can mint but have an option for the mint fee to be in the price? that is interesting.

I'm no expert but I believe that it's not actually minted until it's purchased. But it is on their website and looks like a normal nft listing. I heard about it and so I thought I'd give it a try. It worked, it was easy, and I didn't need to spend $100 usd worth of ETH this time. I'll probably create some more...

Yup! High minting fees was my biggest complaint with NFTs. It will be interesting to see what happens though as more people catch on and tons of crap NFTs get created.

I'll have to check them out! I am interested in photography NFTs but just don't know where to do it. The gas fee threw me off, so yeah. I'll give it a try again these days. Thanks for sharing that information.

Thanks @bill.prag. I just lurked on @intrepidphotos page a bit and was reminded about foundation. I haven't minted anything there yet, might have to look more into it soon... I still prefer selling big prints, but I'm starting to take the nft world a lot more seriously.

I didn't know that you couldn't do photography NFTs on NFTSHOWROOM. I was going to mint some NFTs on there soon.

No man. No photo NFTs on @nftshowroom . I just bought some digital art that I liked, no photos. I wish we could mint photos on nftshowroom. Lensy.io is a place you can mint photo nfts on hive but it has very little action.

Hey. If you set up a rarible.com account. I believe I can send one of the ten to you. But I'm not positive since the minting fees haven't been paid yet... All I would need is your rarible public account number.
