✨Lovely Aurora with process (ENG/ESP) ✨

One of my favorite singers, Aurora is like from another fantasy world, her songs and the way she expresses them in her voice and in her movements gives her a spectacular narrative. I did this portrait as a practice since I wanted to achieve a painting effect in the digital medium and in order to, I had to always work on the same layer and with the watercolor brush that allows the colors to blend. Something that is worth noting about this experimentation is the fact of working monochromatically that although it may seem simpler by not having to mix different colors to generate the tones, it was quite complicated, especially because I did not want to do the linear reference (However I had to make a semi sketch to locate the facial features) but since I did it in a very rough way at the end, as I added the various blue tones, I managed to fix certain areas. This job took me approximately 5 hours to complete, with measurements of 2000x2000px at 300dpi.

De mis cantantes preferidas Aurora es como de otro mundo de fantasía, sus canciones y la manera de expresarlas tanto en su voz como en sus movimientos le da toda una narrativa espectacular. Este retrato lo hice a modo de practica ya que quería lograr un efecto de pintura en el medio digital y para poder lograrlo tuve que trabajar siempre en la misma capa y con el pincel de acuarela que permite que los colores se vayan mezclando. Algo que vale la pena destacar de esta experimentación es el hecho de trabajar monocromáticamente que aunque pueda parecer más sencillo al no tener que mezclar diferentes colores para generar las tonalidades se me hizo bastante complicado, sobre todo porque tampoco quería hacer como el trabajo lineal de referencia sino ir construyendo el rostro desde cero (igual tuve que hacer un semi bosquejo para ubicar los rasgos faciales) pero como lo hice de una forma muy tosca al final al ir agregando los diversos tonos azules logré arreglar ciertas zonas. Este trabajo me tomó aproximadamente 5 horas de realización, con unas medidas de 2000x2000px a 300dpi.
