ISLAND HOPPING WITH THE FAMILY | LA ISLA BONITA

One of our favorite family bonding is going to the beach and we're so lucky living here in Cebu. Last May, as we celebrated Mother's Day, we rented a boat at Boyla Diving Resort for an Island Hopping. Since both of my parents were already senior citizens and they weren't allowed to go out during the lock down, we wanted to bring them to the ocean to breathe fresh air, enjoy the clear water and see the beauty of the sea.

Meet my family together with the in-laws. Our family grew bigger and bigger now, we even witnessed a beautiful proposal that day. My sister's long time boyfriend have finally popped the question that day and they're getting married this December.

That's my sister Joyce of @morenatravels with her fiance. She can't stop flexing her ring the entire trip. Oh well, she's been waiting for that ring for ages🤣.


Meet my favorite squad, my sisters. I guess you're all familiar with them already since they've been blogging here too. Our eldest is @gwenfinity followed by @morenatravels then yours truly followed by @eeventuree right after her is my brother @thejoeprocess followed by @jongcl then @gioxide.arts and our youngest is @swaycanete. And oh, my brother @thejoeprocess recently posted his intro, i hope you can welcome him too by dropping by on his blog.

We went to three islands and we were laughing and enjoying the entire trip. We went to Caohagan Island, Sulpa Island and San Vicente Island. Though we didn't get to explore each Island since we're not allowed to go down because of the restrictions. The boat will just stop near the island and we just swim every stop.

The boat rental is Php3,500 good for 20 person and you get to enjoy it with your family for whole day. You can bring your food and drinks, you just have to be extra careful about the garbage because we don't want to pollute the ocean and kill the fishes. We have to be a responsible (laagan) wanderer.

Overall, that day was memorable for all of us since we witnessed our soon to be brother in law's wedding proposal to my sister. Love really is amazing! We all witnessed their love story and it's so inspiring that both of them really tried their best and work hard to keep the relationship stronger. And now, we're all excited to witness their big day on December.

My fave family bonding time is kanang mag Dungan mig uli sa akong mga ig agaw sa Mindanao unya usa Rami Mangaon. Murag fiesta everyday. Haha Pero priceless kaayo. Unta nahuman Nang COVID 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
