Coffee Date with my Daughter at Carbon Cafe

Hi, loves! It’s been a while since I shared a little piece of my life here. 🤎 Things have been extra busy lately because I’ve been juggling work, studies, and being a mom all at the same time. Yes, you read that right, I’m back to school! 📚✨ I decided to continue my studies and finally finish my bachelor’s degree soon. It’s definitely challenging to balance everything, but I’m reminding myself that it’s never too late to work toward a dream.

That’s why weekends have become even more precious to me. Whenever I get a little break from work and school, I try to make time for the person who matters most—my daughter. 💕 And this weekend, we had another little mother-and-daughter date at one of the cutest cafés we’ve visited lately: Carbon Café.

From the moment we arrived, I already loved the vibe. The café has this charming, cozy, and aesthetic atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and simply enjoy the moment. The beautiful wooden doors, warm tones, plants, and little details around the café gave it such a relaxed and inviting feel. It was definitely a nice place to escape from the usual busy routine.

For my drink, I ordered an Iced Spanish Latte, creamy, sweet, and just the kind of coffee I needed for a weekend café date. ☕️ My daughter went for a classic Coca-Cola, because apparently, Mom can have her fancy coffee while she sticks to her favorite. 😂❤️

Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying something sweet! I had the blueberry cheesecake, and it was such a lovely little treat. The cheesecake was creamy with that delicious blueberry topping, and it was the perfect companion to my iced latte. My daughter had carbonara, and we also added some French fries to share because every mother-daughter date needs a little extra snack. 🍰🍝🍟

And yes, I had to take a few outfit photos while I was there! 😍 I kept my look comfortable but still put-together—a checkered oversized jacket over a white top, black shorts, sneakers, sunglasses, and a brown bag. Basically, casual café-date mom but make it cute. 🤭

More than the food or the pretty café, though, what I loved most was simply having time with my daughter. Between work deadlines, school requirements, and everything life throws at us, these little moments remind me to pause and enjoy what really matters.
