Hello everyone! There are times when we like to eat abundantly and more often than not, we like to eat the simple ones after having a feast gathering, right? As what I have shown the previous day, I've fried a kilo of fish and there are still leftovers. Antonia just loved to eat fried fish and dip it with soy sauce and vinegar.

Since we have a lactating mother around (my daughter), I wanted to cook a dish with soup for her. I prepared a single recipe for her only. This is my own recipe:

Fish Picadillo

•1pc of fish, deboned
•3 pcs garlic,minced
•1 bulb onion, cubed
•2 pcs. Eggs
•1 cup moringa, shredded
•Black pepper
•Powdered ginger
•Salt and seasonings to taste

Since the fish is already cooked, simply fry the spices and shredded fish then add 2 cups of water, add salt and seasoning plus black pepper.

When the stock starts to boil, add the moringa and eggs stirring occasionally. Let it stay for 3 minutes and set aside. Serve while it's still hot!

See, it's so easy to prepare and you already have a delicious Fish Picadillo! My daughter ate with gusto and consumed it all!

Thank you guys! Try this instant recipe. It's affordable and less hassle to prepare.

Till then,

With the soaring price of commodities, it is best to be frugal especially with our leftovers for a change. King minsan pag marami talaga, ay ginagawa ko Naman escabeche but this time I only cooked something with soup for my daughter because she always liked her viand with soup for her baby. She's a nurse by profession that's why she knows what's best for her child.
