How I missed writing

For about 3 weeks now, I've been so caught up in a lot of work, business and responsibilities that I haven't had the time to write and trust me, it felt like something inside me was missing. There were a lot of my ideas, thoughts, insights and stories I wanted to share but because of the time constraints I could do so.

But now as I write this, there is an overwhelming sense of joy, pleasure and freedom that envelops my heart and fingers. It's a feeling I can't explain.

Writing has become integrated into my soul. It's part of who I am. For me, it's a medium through which I can pour my heart out in unuttered words of ink, talk about my passions, get aways and engagements without any fear of someone somewhere hushing me. The joy is doubled with the awareness that my articles are forever stored on the blockchain motivates me to write about things that will give value to whom ever will read it and something I can always refer to.

My values uncovered and shared through writing

Like the Esteemed @staratrings01 shared a wise quote in one of his articles from someone he respects who said;

Everyone may not be an excellent writer but everyone has something to offer.

Nothing could be truer than the above statement. Writing has unveiled me to myself. It has shown me who I really am inside and what I'm capable of. It's like a mirror that gives me my reflection.

Through it, I've increasingly grown in the understanding that I Am a person of value and so, I can transmit this same value to someone else to may be in need of it.

From stories (fictional and nonfictional)to real life events, passions, prompts, I've been able to express freely in writing and I discover that when I write about them, the more I relate with them, the more I learn about them and the more I realise that there is more to be known about them, some kind of mystery behind them.

Writing, (especially here on the hive blockchain) has given me a voice that keeps echoing for all time and I couldn't think of any better adjective to qualify my ever flaming passion for it other than, Writing is a dear treasure to me
