The jewel, mounted on an 18k rose and white gold, is flanked on each side by a rectangular-shaped diamond that weighs 1.73 and 1.67 carats respectively.
Pink diamonds have been said to have gained a lot of popularity in recent years and The Perfect Pink is a good example. The jewel was sold for over $23 million in November 2010.

8. The Wittelsbach-Graff-Graff Diamond
This is one of the most prestigious gemstones in the world.
Here's a little history about it.
The Wittelsbach-Graff Diamond was part of the Bavarian crown jewels in the 17th century before disappearing for decades during the 20th century. It finally reappeared and was bought at an auction by Laurence Graff for over $24 million. Laurence Graff then proceeded to recut the stone.
He revealed that he had had the diamond cut by three diamond cutters to remove flaws, reducing it from 35.52 carats to a little over 31 carats, thus improving its clarity, brilliance, and grade.
The diamond was now more than 800 mg lighter
Critics were clearly not happy about this, claiming that the recutting has so altered the diamond, making it unrecognizable and compromising its historical integrity.

7. Hutton-Mdivani Jadeite Necklace by Cartier Collection
Hutton-Mdivani Necklace by the Cartier Collection is a magnificent piece valued at $27.44 million. It comprises 27 large jadeite beads of splendid color, with diameters ranging from 15.4 mm to 19.2 mm, and once belonged to the famous socialite Barbara Hutton, the daughter of a retail tycoon named Frank W. Woolworth.
The necklace, mounted by Cartier with a beautiful ruby and diamond clasp, was a wedding gift for Barbara Hutton's first marriage in 1933 to Prince Alexis Mdivani.

The Orange gained more popularity after it was auctioned by a noble jeweler named Christie in Geneva in November 2013.
This incredible stone was by far the largest fancy vivid orange diamond to be sold this way and it fetched a record-breaking bid as well.
The stone rose to an amazing $35.5 million, blowing its estimated value of $21 million out of the water.
The 14.82-carat pear-shaped stone’s price including fees was about $2.4 million per carat, according to the auction house. That was a big sale.
5. Pink Emerald-Cut Graff Diamond
The “Fancy Intense Pink” jewel also known as Pink Emerald-Cut Graff Diamond is a 24.78-carat emerald-cut stone that was bought at auction by Laurence Graff.
Graff described the precious stone and the most fabulous diamond he has seen in his career.
What makes this diamond so amazing is the combination of colour, purity, and elegance of the emerald-cut which is usually reserved for white diamonds. He said that it is a rare feature which has greatly raised the stone’s allure.

4. L’Incomparable Necklace
The impossibly expensive L’Incomparable Diamond Necklace was unveiled by the internationally acclaimed Mouawad jewelry company and still has the honor of being the most valuable piece of its kind in the world.
Its centerpiece is the world’s largest internally flawless diamond, which is a massive 407.48 carat but the necklace also features no fewer than 102 smaller stones.
It is worth a whopping sum of $55 Million.
Fun Fact- This stone was discovered by chance by a young girl in the Congo three decades ago in a pile of kimberlite (a by-product of diamond mining).

The pink star tops the list of pink gemstones in terms of popularity.
Sotheby auctioned this impressive 59.60-carat diamond called the Pink Star in late 2013 for $72 million, you should know that buyers with very deep pockets would line up to acquire it.
In fact, the interest for the diamond was so great that the final bid far exceeded the estimated $61 million it was expected to fetch, and actually rose to more than $83 million.
Unfortunately, the buyer couldn’t come up with the record-breaking fee in time, so Sotheby retained the stone, valuing it at $72 million.

Here's a little history about this precious jewel.
Laurence Graff's company created this expensive piece and It is worth $100 million. It's worth more than a private jet.
The piece has 1,305 gemstones and weighs 120.81 carats, it has a deep blue diamond at its heart and tips the scale at just over 20 carats by itself. This piece is certainly not intended to be worn in public, it can cause unnecessary attraction and, maybe, intention.
