How to achieve our goals in the new year?

Regardless of whether we meet our goals for the year that is about to end, it is very common that we set goals for the new year, however we are running a constant danger of being able to meet them because in the end we leave them abandoned before reaching even half way to their fulfillment.

This happens to a great majority of people, however there are different elements to try so that we can plan and set our goals in a way that they can be aligned and in line with a state of well-being, so that the road is not lonely but we can be accompanied by motivation.

Why are New Year's resolutions not kept?

There may be many circumstances, however I can name and explain one that can function as a common denominator, such is the lack of realism in the goals that we propose, since we must know what our scope is, it is not the fact of dreaming and have a vision of unattainable factors, after that then come the disappointments, but is that we have not measured our scope, and the proposed goals become unattainable.

If we explore our personality, tastes and abilities, then it will be much easier to choose our goals with the purpose that they are aligned according to the elements of such exploration.

Even if we believe that it is within our reach, I believe that it is not advisable to fill ourselves with goals, only choose those that are aligned with our personality and scope, and little by little go up a level each year, in this way we could make our new year's goals more achievable.
