To reach higher levels of personal development it is necessary to understand that there must be a disposition in us to leave behind old beliefs that limit us, it is like that child that even though he likes to play with his toys, he gets rid of them with the intention of giving way to new initiatives that allow him to know new toys and at the same time provoke new satisfactory experiences.

Leaving behind new beliefs means starting a new stage, in which the difficulty and complexity of this process is based on that resistance to change, so the first thing to do is to work on overcoming our insecurity, since the change we must have suddenly involves to stop walking on a path of solid ground to have to explore marshy land roads.

However, the focus should be directed to the emotions that come from being able to look forward to new stages and the motivation that can be forged by the simple fact of initiating a new stage that involves a desired change.

We do not develop personally in safe environments and comfort zones that limit our growth, on the contrary we can achieve great challenges as long as we believe in our abilities to face changes, but best of all is that by acting conscious of the changes and personal development achievable, we can also achieve high levels of satisfaction, welfare and high performance once we are working fully in achieving the objectives of the new plans.

We will always reach high levels of personal satisfaction as long as we are aware of the achievements reached in a different environment and that in the end benefits us in a different learning process than the conventional ones of the past.
