How to Be Tolerant of Others

In my today's blog, I wanna discuss the topic of how you can tolerate other people in the most difficult situations. Sometimes that situation will happen when you hard to tolerate other people's words and actions that they did against you. By learning about different kinds of people you have to try to develop more confidence to tolerate other people without getting any problems.

Firstly you need to try to empathize with others while you're talking Sometimes, try to understand their words and said to him for more explanation if you don't understand him. When you are in critical situations just ignore differences if someone behaving with you in a negative way then try to tolerate and ignore then their negativity. To become tolerant you need to accept other values differences and cultures.
The good way is you can first understand other people's behavior by noticing their cultural views then you can easily tolerate another person even if you are connecting with them. In that way, you can talk with an open mind and educate yourself by questioning and answering. You can also get new experiences while dealing with different people with different opinions regarding your workplace.

Some peoples have low self-esteem they are mostly stuck in critical situations and they can't solve any matters immediately they also have less tolerance. You just need to practice thinking from a different point of view to stay tolerant.
