Yes, actually the meaning of this song is quite crazy, because this song is about his partner Gerard Way who spread vulgar photos of him with another man, Gerard Way (vocalist of the band) was hurt after the woman he loved rejected him and had this perverted man. It turned out that her choice was wrong and the girl complained to Gerard Way. It turned out that he didn't care because he was hurt.
