A day with a lot of discomfort, but with the care of my wife.

Feeling good is something that we should really value and it really is something that I always appreciate and for which I thank God that I have been a very healthy person throughout my life, however there are days where the virus arrives due to carelessness but with great force and knocks me down

And I say that it comes with great force because it is really difficult for me to get sick since I have very good defenses and I enjoy a strong immune system that helps me stay healthy, but as I told you since last night I began to feel bad and today everything the day I have been unwell.

Thank God I can count on the care of my wife who is with me and although she also has discomfort, she is the one who has been taking care of me and my children, since they are also in a bit of discomfort, the one who is better is my daughter who, thank God, has not relapsed, but my wife has also been attentive so that she is not affected.

Today with a good vegetable soup and they left, my wife spoiled us and she has also prepared some drinks with medicinal herbs and some remedies such as acetaminophen and anti-allergies for me and the children, she even took a drink to recover soon but she is tired since today I spent practically all day in bed and I couldn't help her.

I had to go out and buy some things at REDVITAL although I didn't want to go out, but it was necessary especially if we want to improve soon. I hope tomorrow I will be better, I still feel better compared to the night before
And now to rest to recover the maximum strength because there are dreams to work for.
