Moments of thought : Complex times? | Lifestyle
These days, the end of February 2022, are challenging days. Russia and Ukraine are at war, it is a conflict that is only growing so far, however I hope that it will be resolved soon and that there will be as few casualties as possible. Covid-19 has already become a minor event; it is a moment in the world of human history where important events are happening that could restructure the order of things.
I have been very reflective these days, so far this year, I take the time to pause a bit to analyze how everything is going. This week in particular I have been making important decisions, acquiring new commitments and moving forward on many goals that are on the way.
Estos días, finales de febrero del año 2022, son días desafiantes. Rusia e Ucrania están en guerra, es un conflicto que solo se ve crecer hasta el momento, sin embargo espero que se resuelva pronto y que exista la menor cantidad de victimas posibles. El Covid-19 ya ha pasado a ser un evento de menor importancia; es un momento del mundo de la historia humana donde están sucediendo acontecimientos importantes que podrían reestructurar el orden de las cosas.
He estado muy reflexiva en estos días, en lo que va de año, me tomo el tiempo de detenerme un poco para analizar como va todo. Esta semana particularmente he estado tomando decisiones importantes, adquiriendo nuevos compromisos y avanzando en muchas metas que van en camino.
One of the phrases that I have taken for myself is "I can" is a phrase that I use to help myself to take important actions or move forward despite any situation, however I have had to make breaks and I like it, I find that balance is important.
Regarding that, the balance in life for me, is full of imbalances, of things happening, situations, problems, decisions, and that in spite of it, self-control is the most important thing, because there are many situations that do not depend on us but there are also many that do depend on us.
February is about to close, just a few days to start the third month of the year, I have taken these months to sow in me, and I have been more connected with the physical world and with myself, trying to do only high value activities; time does not return and the more we are able to bring more value to society the better we can do. These are just my thoughts. ✨

Una de las frases que he tomado para mi es "Yo puedo" es una frase que uso para ayudarme a mi misma a tomar acciones importantes o avanzar a pesar de cualquier situación, sin embargo he tenido que hacer breaks y me gusta, me parece que el equilibrio es importante.
Respecto a eso, el equilibrio en la vida para mi, esta lleno de desequilibrios, de cosas sucediendo, de situaciones, problemas, decisiones, y que a pesar de ello el auto control es lo más importante, porque son implicas las situaciones que no dependen de nosotros pero también son muchísimas las que si dependen.
Ya está por cerrar el mes de febrero, a solo unos días de iniciar el tercer mes del año, estos meses los he tomado para sembrar en mi, y he estado más conectada con el mundo físico y conmigo misma, tratando de hacer solo actividades de alto valor; el tiempo no regresa y en la medida que seamos capaces de aportar mayor valor a la sociedad mejor nos puede ir. Son solo mis pensamientos. ✨
