It is a no brainer that US regulators would go after crypto which is a direct threat to their control of the money supply. If you watch any of the congressional hearings on crypto you see the absolute hatred some of these bought and paid politicians have for crypto. If crypto was not a threat why such venom?
ps. Kraken is going to be launching its own bank soon.
