আমি কিভাবে অধিক পরিশ্রম করে আমার ফ্যাক্টরির ক্ষতি থেকে লাভে পরিণত করতে পারি। আপনারা সবাই জানেন আমারা যারা ছোট পরিসরে ফ্যাক্টরি পরিছালনা করি তাদের এই করোনা কালীন খুব কঠিন সময় পার করছি।
এখন যারা টিকে আছি তারা অনেক খারাপ সময় পার করছি। শ্রমিকদের মাসিক বেতন দিতে আমাদের অনেক কষ্ট হচ্ছে।
How can I work harder to turn my factory from a loss to a profit? You all know that those of us who run small scale factories are going through a very difficult time during this corona period.
Those who survive now are having a bad time.
শ্রমিকদের মাসিক বেতন দিতে আমাদের অনেক কষ্ট হচ্ছে। আমরা আগামির ভালো হওয়ার আশায় বুক বেধে আছি। হয়তো আমরা এগিয়ে যাতে পারবো। কিন্তু সঠিক পরিশ্রম ও আমাদের সততা আমাদের অবশ্যই সাফল্লের কাছা কাছি নিয়ে যাবে।
We are having a hard time paying the monthly wages of the workers. We are hopeful of a better future. Maybe we can move forward. But proper diligence and honesty will surely bring us closer to success.
আমি অনেক কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করছি হাইভ নামক এই প্ল্যাটফরমকে । সারাদিন কাজের ফাঁকে কিছু সময় পেলে এই একটি যায়গাটিতে এসে নিজের অনেক কথা বলতে পারি।
আসলে অন্তর থেকে ভালোবাসি হাইভকে ।
I am very grateful to this platform called Hive. If I get some time in the gap of work all day, I can come to this place and talk a lot about myself.
I actually love Hive from the heart.
অনেক কিছু যা আপনি সরাসরি কাউকে বলতে পারবেন না কিন্তু এখানে শবেই বলতে পারবেন নিঃসংকোচে । আমি যখন হাইভ করি তখন কিন্তু বিপদে পরেই করেছি। আসলে যখন করোনার কারনে আমার ফ্যাক্টরইতে সমস্যা শুরু হয় ।
There are many things you can't say directly to anyone but here you can say it without hesitation. But I did it when I was in danger. In fact, when the problem started in my factor due to corona.
তখন কিছু দিন আমার টাকা আয় করার মত কোন রাস্তা ছিল না। এমন একদিন আমি অতিবাহিত করেছি যে হাইভ বিক্রি করে একদিন বাসার বাজার করেছিলাম। আমি আজও সেদিনের কথা ভুল্বনা। আমার অস্তিত্তের সাথে কেমন যেন এই প্ল্যাটফরম টা মিসে আছে।
Then some days I had no way to earn money. I spent a day selling hives and buying a home. I still don't forget that day. It is as if this platform is missing from my existence.
আপনারা হয়তো বলবেন একটা ফ্যাক্টরির মালিক হয়ে সামান্য হাইভ থেকে টাকা উঠিয়ে কেন চলতে হয়েছে? আসলে সে সময় আমার সকল টাকা ও ডি,পি,এস ভেঙ্গে বসিয়ে বসিয়ে শ্রমিকদের বেতন প্রদান করতে হয়েছে। সকল লেনদেন বন্ধ ছিল। অই সময় কোন বায়ার ই পেমেনট দিচ্ছিলনা অজানা আতঙ্কে। সে সময় থেকে হাইভ আমার কাছে আমার সাহায্য কারী হিসেবে পরিচিত। তবে আজও অন্তরের অন্তর থেকে ভালবাসি এবং যদি কার সাপড নাও পাই তবু আমি হাইভে পোস্ট দিব। আপনাদের ভালো লাগলে আমাকে সঠিক গাইড দিবেন।
You may ask, why did you have to own a factory and raise money from a little hive? In fact, at that time I had to break all the money and DPS and pay the workers. All transactions were closed. At that time no buyer was giving e-payment in unknown panic. Since then Hive has been known to me as my helper. তবে আমি সিধান্ত নিয়েছি হাইভে কিছু ইনভেসট করবো। এব্যাপারে আপনারা যদি কেহ আমাকে কোন ভাবে সাহায্য করতে চান করতে পারেন। আপনাদের সবাইকে সুভেচ্ছা দিয়ে আমি আমার কিছু কাজ যা আমরা করছি টা দেখাবো।

আমার একটা গার্মেন্টস প্রিন্টিং ফ্যাক্টরি আছে যেটা আপনাদের সবার দোয়া ও আমার সৃষ্টিকর্তার রহমতে এখন টিকিয়ে রাখতে পেরেছি। এখন আমি চাকুরীর পাশাপাশি আমার ফ্যাক্টরী পরিচালনা করছি। যদিও অনেক পরিশ্রম হচ্ছে কিন্তু ইনশাআল্লাহ্ অবশ্যই আমি সফল হবো।এর কারবে অনেকদিন আমি হাইভ এ রেগুলার পোস্ট শেয়ার করতে পারিনি। চাকুরী কাজ শেষ করে আবার নিজের ফ্যাক্টরিতে বসে সময় পাইনি যে আপনাদের মাঝে আমার সকল কিছু শেয়ার করবো।
I have a garments printing factory which I have been able to maintain now with the blessings of all of you and the grace of my Creator. Now I am managing my factory as well as the job. Although there is a lot of hard work but inshallah of course I will be successful. Due to this,
I have not been able to share regular posts on Hive for a long time. After finishing my job, I did not have time to sit in my own factory and share all my things with you.
আমি আমার ফ্যাক্টরিতে সকল ধরনের প্রিন্টের কাজ করে থাকি। আমার এখানে অনেক বায়ার থেকে কাজ করে থাকি ও আমার নিজের কর্মস্থল থেকেও অনেক কাজ আমি করে থাকি। হাইভকে ভালবাসার কারনে আমি চিন্তা করেছি হাইভ এর লোগো সম্বলিত কিছু তি-শাট বানাবো এবং সেগুলো আমার সুভাকাওংক্ষিদের ও হাইভকে যারা ভালবাসে তাদের বিনা মূলে প্রদান করে আমার ভালবাসা স্থাপন করবো। এবং আমার বিপদের বন্ধু এই হাইভ কে তার পূর্ণমর্যাদা প্রদান করবো।
I work in all kinds of prints in my factory. I work here from many buyers and I also work a lot from my own workplace. Because I love Hive, I thought I would make some T-shirts with Hive's logo and give them to my well-wishers and those who love Hive without any roots. And I will give my full dignity to my friend (HIVE)in danger.
