Recipe for “Pork Sinigang” with Cabbage for lunch, I cooked it for my Husband after He went to the Cemetery to Paint the Tomb of his Father

Hello everyone. How are you all doing today? I was back to share with you another food blog recipe. It was lunch time and I cooked pork sinigang with cabbage, my husband went to the cemetery because All Saints’ Day was just around the corner and he went there to clean and paint the tomb of his father, so I decided to cooked for him something delicious and it’s also one of his favorites which is the “pork sinigang”. I also added some cabbage to make it more nutritious.
Ingredients:
¾ kg. pork meat cut into cubes
1 pork cubes
Sinigang mix
2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. salt
4 cups water
1 medium sized cabbage
Cooking time:
It was just easy to cook. In a casserole just sauté first some chopped garlic and onions. Then add the pork meat chopped into cubes, cooked until the water is reduced and oil is already coming out from the fats of the pork, I added about 3 cups of water. When it was already boiling add some pepper and seasonings which are sinigang mix, pork cubes and added about 1 tbsp. of salt. I added 1 more cup and let it boil until the meat is tender. Lastly, added the cabbages and let it boil more for 5 minutes. Then it’s done our lunch for today which is “pork sinigang” with cabbages.

That’s all for today my dear hiver friends of this community, till’ next food blog again. Have a nice day 😊
Sincerely, @saijan19
