Tumbler Phase III Complete

Slow but steady, that's the name of the game. Although my partner in crime comes and goes with this set, I finally got through phase III this morning. While the little one was working on Valentine Day cards for school:

I finished up more build-up work for my #lego Batmobile.

This thing is going to be epic. It has so much mass to it already; I don't recall having sets like this when I was younger. No wonder so many people love these things to this day. I see there is already a new Batmobile Lego set out there but let's get through this one first!

I even started to put the chassis together. It looks like Phase IV takes it further and gets some windows in place. I think Ms. Mabel might be afraid of this thing rolling around on the living room floor.

I'm feeling good about this set. Again, it's actually quite relaxing to work on this while everyone else is working on other things. We actually played some 1980's pop music in the background this morning while getting "crafty." Fun, fun, for a Sunday morning in January. On to phase IV next:

More to come as I put this "tank" of a set together. I can't wait to get the wheels on this thing soon. Hattie helps out here and there, but I sense that as I get closer to the grand finale, she'll be all in on this #batman masterpiece and help out even more. I can't wait!
