Quesillo de café, no es el sabor habitual con el que hacemos el postre venezolano, pero tenia que probar a echarle ese toque de café a ver que tal quedaba. la verdad que no esta nada mal, se oscureció un poco con la combinación del azúcar pero a mi me encanta el café y a todos en la casa, así que no hay problema, de hecho creo que se acabo demasiado rápido en la nevera.

Apenas logre pegarle dos bocados, en dos días, bueno día y medio lo que duro. Cuando me costaba conseguir la leche condensada llego a mi gracias al bendito san google que se podía hacer quesillo con leche en polvo solo había que agregarle más azúcar a la preparación.

Hice la primera prueba mezclando una taza de leche, 4 huevos, una taza de azúcar y un chorro de vainilla, todo licuado y luego al baño de maría. Aquello fue una fiesta para mi. a partir de allí deje de sufrir, si no tenia leche condensada, con leche en polvo o leche completa líquida era suficiente para preparar mi postre favorito.

Así que este de sabor a café no quedo nada mal. También le he agregado ron y se vuelve navideño, claro para los niños ese sabor no les agrada mucho pero los pone alegre y a dormir temprano.

ENGLISH VERSION

Coffee-flavored quesillo isn't the usual flavor we use for this Venezuelan dessert, but I had to try adding a touch of coffee to see how it would turn out. It wasn't bad at all, actually. It darkened a bit with the sugar, but I love coffee, and so does everyone in the house, so it's not a problem. In fact, I think it disappeared way too fast from the fridge.

I barely managed to get two bites in two days—it lasted a good day and a half. When I was having trouble finding condensed milk, thanks to the blessed Google, I discovered that you could make quesillo with powdered milk; you just had to add more sugar to the mixture.

I did the first test by blending a cup of milk, four eggs, a cup of sugar, and a splash of vanilla, then cooking it in a double boiler. It was a real treat for me. From then on, I stopped worrying. If I didn't have condensed milk, powdered milk or whole milk was enough to make my favorite dessert.

So this coffee flavor isn't bad at all. I've also added rum, and it becomes festive. Of course, the kids don't really like that flavor, but it cheers them up and helps them go to bed early.
