Es el lugar donde somos las reinas, es el lugar donde pasamos muchas horas preparando los alimentos para el cuerpo de la familia. Pero también es un lugar de tertulia, de conversaciones sin terminar.

Tal vez seducimos con las comidas como una forma de placer incomparable, como madres, como esposas, recordamos esos sabores de la infancia que nos hicieron felices.

Apelar es un llamado urgente para lograr una decisión para ti favorable. Es buscar una solución a tus problemas pero siempre en forma positiva con algún artilugio que satisfaga, que atraiga que haga feliz a alguien.

No hay en las mujeres un buen apelar a ellos. Simplemente le envían mensajes un poco confusos para que le resuelvan algo en la casa. Pero lo que ellos no entienden que eso es un ahora de inmediatamente porque ya tengo una semana yo viéndolo dañado y el ha sido incapaz de descubrirlo. Solo se moverá cuando la vea pasar con el taladro.

Con nuestras madres ocurre una negociación diferente, simplemente ellas saben lo que quieres, cuando cambias tu tono de voz, cuando recoges tu ropa del cuarto. Apelar a ella te enseñara todo un combo para negociar en el futuro.

No existe un manual para manipulación femenina, en el camino lo vas elaborando, pero mientras tu aprendes ellas van dos cuadras antes de ti en preparación y es que la vida les ha enseñado a veces en formas muy duras.

Aquí reflexionando esta mañana con mi taza de café desde el jardín, faltando muy pocos días para la navidad, sin haber probado la primera hallaca de diciembre todavía, con altas probabilidades de que todo se complique más en mi país, pero con la fuerza y el animo para desearles feliz fin de semana.

It's the place where we reign supreme, the place where we spend countless hours preparing food for our families. But it's also a place for conversation, for endless chats.

Perhaps we seduce with food as a form of unparalleled pleasure; as mothers, as wives, we recall those childhood flavors that brought us joy.

To appeal is an urgent plea to achieve a favorable decision. It's seeking a solution to your problems, always in a positive way, with some trick that satisfies, that attracts, that makes someone happy.

There's no effective way to appeal to women. They simply send somewhat confusing messages asking them to fix something around the house. But what men don't understand is that it's a "right now," because I've seen it damaged for a week now, and he's been unable to notice. He'll only move when he sees her walk by with the drill.

With our mothers, it's a different kind of negotiation; they simply know what you want, when you change your tone of voice, when you pick up your clothes from your room. Appealing to her will teach you a whole combo for negotiating in the future.

There's no manual for manipulating women; you develop it as you go. But while you're learning, they're two blocks ahead of you in preparation, because life has taught them, sometimes in very harsh ways.

Here I am, reflecting this morning with my cup of coffee in the garden, with Christmas just a few days away, without having tasted the first hallaca of December yet, with a high probability that things will get even more complicated in my country, but with the strength and spirit to wish you a happy weekend.
