Rodeada de gente y al mismo tiempo sola. Hay momentos donde la soledad se vuelve una compañera casi obligada. Los hijos crecieron y la vida continua. Cuando descubres que la soledad no es tan mala, encuentras en que ser útil a los demás y a ti mismo.

Ese sonido del silencio a veces aturde los sentidos. Queremos llenarlos de música y risas, pero simplemente nos pueden llegar a molestar los sonidos fuertes.

A veces rodeados de una multitud en el automercado sentimos las miradas del no me alcanza mientras devuelves un paquete extra de galletas ante la mirada inquieta de los niños.

Puedes encontrar hermoso el silencio dentro de bullicio de la gente que te rodea a veces. Ellos van acelerados y a su ritmo, mientras tu tratas de alcanzar el día siguiente.

Sentirse en solitario rodeados de una multitud es simplemente acallar los sonidos que se entrelazan para lastimar tus sentidos. Es separar lo que te agrada de lo que no es bonito.

Surrounded by people and at the same time alone. There are times when loneliness becomes an almost obligatory companion. The children have grown up and life goes on. When you discover that loneliness isn't so bad, you find yourself being useful to others and to yourself.

That sound of silence sometimes dulls the senses. We want to fill them with music and laughter, but loud sounds can simply bother us.

Sometimes, surrounded by a crowd at the grocery store, we feel the "I can't afford it" stares as you return an extra pack of cookies to the anxious eyes of the children.

You can sometimes find silence beautiful amid the hustle and bustle of the people around you. They go at their own pace, while you try to make it to the next day.

Feeling alone surrounded by a crowd is simply calling out the sounds that intertwine to hurt your senses. It's separating what you like from what isn't pretty.
