Encuentro de Talentos: Tus mayores logros

Este año ha sido como un año neutro, un año en donde no se avanza, ni un paso para delante, pero tampoco hay pasos hacia atrás, es como quedarse estancado haciendo pequeños logros por mantenernos a flote. Uno se detiene para mirar y hacer su lista para el próximo año, allí nos damos cuenta que tenemos que repetir otra vez muchos de los que escribimos al comenzar este año.

This year has been like a neutral year, a year where there's no progress, not a single step forward, but no steps backward either. It's like being stuck, making small achievements just to stay afloat. You stop to look back and make your list for next year, and that's when you realize you have to repeat many of the things you wrote at the beginning of this year.

No es que no se hayan logrado algunas metas y objetivos es que el tiempo se acorta y creo que necesitamos lograr más cosas pendientes. Pero al mismo tiempo ya a esta edad queremos un poco de calma y tranquilidad no echarnos encima los problemas de otros. Ese sería un buen propósito particular para mi, no buscarle solución a los problemas de los demás. Después de mucho ayudar y ahorrar en hive, me doy cuenta que también hay que vivir un poco, no es solo lo que esta detrás de esta pantalla. Es lograr un equilibrio entre el trabajo, la escritura y la vida misma.

It's not that some goals and objectives haven't been achieved; it's just that time is running out, and I think we need to accomplish more things we've put off. But at the same time, at this age, we crave a little peace and quiet, not to take on other people's problems. That would be a good personal resolution for me: not to try to solve other people's problems. After so much helping and saving on Hive, I realize that we also need to live a little; it's not just about what's behind this screen. It's about achieving a balance between work, writing, and life itself.

A commitment to helping, receiving, and guiding, just as I was supported when I started.

Sharing my spaces, cups of coffee, gardens, pets, and stories that make us feel connected.

Que planes tengo, que logros quiero para el próximo año. Cuando logre llegar a Orca sera de mis mejores logros, se ve lejano y va a tomar tiempo y esfuerzo, pero para allá vamos, seguir apoyando a otros participantes y creciendo en las comunidades.

What plans do I have, what achievements do I want for next year? When I manage to reach Orca, it will be one of my greatest achievements. It seems far away and will take time and effort, but that's where we're headed, continuing to support other participants and growing within the communities.
