Buenas tardes amigos y feliz día para todos.

En esta oportunidad quiero participar en la iniciativa de la bella @brujita18 la cual nos invita a responder una serie de preguntas relacionadas con el café. Pienso que el café es la bebida para iniciar conversaciones y por supuesto para quitar el sueño jejeje. A mí me gusta el café, mas no soy adicta, pero siempre tengo café en casa porque conozco a muchas personas que aman al café y siempre que me visitan le sirvo. Sin más preámbulo, les costare mi historia con el café.

This time I want to participate in the initiative of the beautiful @ brujita18 which invites us to answer a series of questions related to coffee. I think that coffee is the drink to start conversations and of course to take away the dream lol. I like coffee, but I am not addicted, but I never lack coffee at home because I know many people who love coffee and whenever they visit I serve them. Without further ado, I'll cost you my coffee story.

1.¿A que edad empezaste a tomar café?

Desde que era pequeña tomo café. Mi papa compraba mucho pan, todos los días llegaba del trabajo con pan y un día vi como mojo el pan con café, me dio curiosidad y probé, quede encantada. Yo soy feliz desayunando café con pan.

1.- At what age did you start drinking coffee?

I've had coffee since I was little. My father bought a lot of bread, every day he came from work with bread and one day I saw how he mojo the bread with coffee, I was curious and I tried it, I was delighted. I am happy when I have coffee and bread for breakfast.

2._ ¿Cómo prefieres el café?

Normalmente yo consumo el café negro, con azúcar pero no tan dulce, tengo que sentir un toque amargo. También me encanta café con leche, pero son muy pocas las veces que lo preparo. A mí me gusta el café, pero he pasado hasta 1 semana sin tomar café y estoy tranquila.

2.- How do you prefer your coffee?

Normally I drink black coffee, with sugar but not so sweet, I have to feel a bitter touch. I also love coffee with milk, but I rarely make it. I like coffee, but I have gone up to 1 week without having coffee and I am calm.

3._ ¿En que sientes que te beneficia el consumo de café?

El principal beneficio que veo del café es que me quita el sueño y si lo acompaño con galleta o chocolate, me activo mucho más rápido. Cuando estaba haciendo mi tesis de grado el café era mi aliado para mantenerme activa ya que me acostaba de madrugada casi siempre.

3.- How do you feel that the consumption of coffee benefits you?

The main benefit I see from coffee is that it makes me lose sleep and if I accompany it with a cookie or chocolate, I get activated much faster. When I was doing my thesis, coffee was my ally to keep me active since I went to bed at dawn almost always.

4._ ¿Cuántas veces consumes café al día?

Normalmente 1 tacita al día. Cuando desayuno con pan y café, me sirvo en una taza grande. Como lo dije anteriormente, no soy adicta, yo puedo pasar hasta una semana y más días sin tomar café, pero nunca me falta en casa.

4.- How many times do you drink coffee a day?

Normally 1 cup a day. When I have bread and coffee for breakfast, I serve myself in a large mug. As I said before, I am not an addict, I can go up to a week and more days without drinking coffee, but I am never lacking at home.

5._ crees que el café es una tradición en la familia.

Pienso que es una tradición. La gran mayoría de las personas que conozco toman café, por ejemplo mi padre toda su vida ha tomado café igual mi mama, pero mi mama por problemas de salud ha tenido que disminuir su consumo, aun así todos los días en casa de mis padres se hace café. Cuando ellos me visitan yo hago café todos los días, igual con mis suegros.

5._ Do you think that coffee is a tradition in the family?

I think it is a tradition. The vast majority of the people I know drink coffee, for example my father has drank coffee all his life as my mother, but my mother has had to reduce its consumption due to health problems, even so every day at my parents' house is makes coffee. When they visit me I make coffee every day, the same with my in-laws.
