Playtime!!
The best way to start one's day is to wake up with the people you love 💓
And get to do things together!!!
Today we woke up early to a sunny day, we had breakfast and right after that it was mom and son playtime (before mom got to finish the rest of the chores she didn't do yesterday).
A simple activity that Little Man enjoyed for a few minutes (as his attention is easily distracted at such young age) was made in no time and cost nothing but some kitchen paper roll that was about to end up in the recycling bin.
With the kitchen paper base and the carton roll cut in thick "rings" I showed him how to remove them from the stick and he soon followed my example. Once he got all of them out, I placed them back so he could start over.
We did this a couple of times before he crawled to his father when he started cleaning the pellet stove with the vacuum cleaner 🤣
